Muy buena estadía
Pros:

Se destaca la atención de su personal, amables y dispuestos. Llegamos ese día a la mañana y a las 8 am nos dejaron hacer el check in amablemente.

Que te hagan llenar un papel con tus preferencias de desayuno para luego llegar al momento de comer las ordenes eran completamente distintas. El baño: es muy pequeño, el colgador de la puerta del baño estaba en malas condiciones, era doble, pero estaba suelto y por lo tanto sólo se podía colgar una sola cosa, el secador de pelo tenía una falla que lo hacía intermitente en su funcionamiento (sólo funcionaba bien en el mínimo nivel) y la ducha tenía una manilla que no regulaba bien la temperatura, era o congelado o hirviendo a pesar de que uno moviera la manilla mínimamente para regular.

Staff were friendly. I moved here from another BnB because of the good reviews, but for a newly renovated hotel, “ No Hot Water “ this is unacceptable. I had to repeatedly ask them to turn it on. Although one staff member kindly asked about my morning schedule, they missed my message due to no internet.
Thankfully, one staff member shared their hotspot so I could buy an eSIM and call an Uber to the airport..

Cons:

All three times I tried to shower, it was cold. I had to get dressed and go downstairs each time to ask them to turn it on, since the system isn’t automatic and requires a 5-minute notice.
In the morning, there was still no hot water or internet, so I had to go downstairs again.

El personal! Super amable! Me ayudaron en todo lo que necesitaba. También el desayuno muy variado y bueno. La ubicación perfecta para ir a pie a todos lados y disfrutar del paseo. En la esquina un cafe con mucha onda y musica en vivo algunos dias

Excelente relación precio calidad

Muy lindo hotel ubicado en una hermosa zona, con personal muy atento y cordial.
Pros:

Está en una zona muy linda, cerca de cafés, bares y restaurantes pero, al mismo tiempo, tranquila. El personal es muy atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar al huésped.

Cons:

La pasé muy bien. Volvería.

Las instalaciones exquisitas, me parece un hotel más bien ejecutivo.
Bien ubicado, a pasos para resolver trámites.
Barrio aparentemente seguro.

Cons:

El desayuno está mal organizadoderechamente. A mí no me afectó, porque podía esperar; pero hubo gente que dejó el café hecho y se retiró porque ya no querían esperar más.

Uma excelente experiência!
Pros:

O hotel é pequeno mas com uma estrutura muito bacana. A equipe é sensacional, sempre solícita para dar dicas ou sugestões. Tem muitos restaurantes próximo e ruas muito seguras! Uma pequena caminhada, chegamos nas praias. Chegamos de carro e também conseguimos uma das vagas do hotel. Foi uma experiência muito boa nossa estadia.

Definitely will return when I travel again to Viña
Pros:

Food was amazing, the service was excellent, the condition and decoration of the rooms was very modern and well maintained. I had forgotten an item in my room and I was notified immediately and it was kept safe until my return.
