Uma excelente experiência!
Pros:

O hotel é pequeno mas com uma estrutura muito bacana. A equipe é sensacional, sempre solícita para dar dicas ou sugestões. Tem muitos restaurantes próximo e ruas muito seguras! Uma pequena caminhada, chegamos nas praias. Chegamos de carro e também conseguimos uma das vagas do hotel. Foi uma experiência muito boa nossa estadia.

Definitely will return when I travel again to Viña
Pros:

Food was amazing, the service was excellent, the condition and decoration of the rooms was very modern and well maintained. I had forgotten an item in my room and I was notified immediately and it was kept safe until my return.

La y el chico de recepción un encanto! Desayuno exquisito, la habitación limpia, cómoda💕

Cons:

Le bajo un punto solo pq faltaba un poco de privacidad y si bien todo lo que ofrece es super, el precio puede ser un poco alto para una habitación sin servicios extras, pero todo lo demás excelente.

Очень странная система горячей воды. Приходится ждать её долго, что никак не вяжется с экологической повесткой, и при этом она внезапно становится из кипятка в холодную и наоборот.

The location was good and the hotel is clean and modern. The staff were helpful.

Cons:

The air con machine was very noisy and made intermittent really loud noises. We complained and were moved to a different and larger room . However in both rooms there was no hot water during our one night stay. The breakfast was adequate but not great.

Instalación adecuada y de fácil acceso, mantiene su característica contemporánea. La habitación es muy cómoda y la limpieza excelente. La atención del personal prima su hospitalidad. Un muy buen desayuno.

Cons:

Sería bueno revisar y replantear una mejora con la ducha, así evitar que caiga mucha agua fuera del receptáculo. Se evitará un posible accidente.

Nos encantó. El personal muy amable, atento, cordial. La habitación espaciosa, cama extra grande, con buena iluminación. Estilo minimalista, pero cálida. Buena insonorización.
El servicio de desayuno es abundante.
También tienen menú para almorzar y buen café.

Cons:

No es que no nos gustó, pero nos llamo la atención que con respecto al desayuno; al hacer el check in, nos dieron un pequeño formulario con las opciones de desayuno y que tildaramos todo lo que nos gustaba.
Resulta que todos los días nos servían todo lo que habíamos tildado.
