Very disappointed book two rooms my self and family my reservation was done 3 months in advance.
When I get there they try selling me that I book at the wrong hotel that there was no reservation for me.
After I give them all the info they told me that isn’t possible that I have a reservation with them because they block that day out from December 2022, I told them my reservation was done since November 3rd so was book before they block out days. Suddenly they found my reservation but they didn’t honor it because supposedly they cancel my reservation and Expedia didn’t notify me so they all the blame on Expedia.
Ask them what is the reason for my reservation to be cancel they could not explain.
But I figure it out my self, I got a reasonable rate I advance and since was the festivities days in town they figure as well that they could get double are triple the price for room that I book so was pretty easy to cancel my reservation and rebooked the room to some else. I asked if I could get a room of course there was none available due to the high demand.
My family and my self stay stranded very disappointed trip.
Will never book with them again seems to me like this is a common practice whenever they have high demand for rooms .
