They came and fixed the problem within 30 minutes
Pros:

When we turned the water on to take a shower the spout to fill the tub flew off.

Great place for family at sporting events
Pros:

The reception desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She even offered us water while we waited for other family members to arrive. The breakfast was good, sausages and egg as well as muffins and eggs. The room was big enough and the shower had good pressure. The A/C worked well, important on a 90 degree day.

Cons:

Breakfast coffee was a little weak. A minor thing!

Pros:

Le personnel fera tout pour nous aidé même si on ne parle très peu en anglais. Le déjeuner est très bien est beaucoup de chose.

Cons:

Les lits chaque fois quelqu'un bouge le lit bouge.

We got what we paid for.
