Sofa in room was pretty filthy.

Once we finally have found the entrance, the outside was very un impressive. They were cigarette butts all around the front of the door. They were intermittent people coming out to smoke right in the front. It looked like there might be a long stay Group on the second floor. Several times people rolled out through the doors and wheelchairs to smoke and then roll back in. Multiple signs, warning, certain types of people not to come in and that if you were evicted, you couldn’t get your money back and that no locals within 50 miles of the facility were allowed to stay there. There was also a sign on the counter saying that the attendant would be back in five minutes we waited a little over 20 minutes for somebody finally showed up. We were actually afraid in this location. However, we looked at the room. It looks like the room has been painted and it had new carpet. There was a sofa in the room that was filthy and we had to put towels on the sofa, but still didn’t sit on it. If you’re only interested in getting the cheapest room get this one, but we would never stay there again. Note the cleaning ladies were very nice to us.

Breakfast felt like what you feed children when in a hurry to get them on the school bus.

Breakfast was not so good, no decaf coffee, waffles with syrup, no fresh fruits like bananas oranges, meats such as sausage, bacon eggs.... these are these are things that was not there....

The front desk staff was RUDE. They announced my room number to the entire lobby - a serious security issue.

I specifically requested a first floor room - was given a 2nd floor room - and there is NO elevator. That information was not disclosed at time of booking.

I was told that they couldn’t honor my request because they had “ holdovers.” I had a confirmed reservation - that should have been honored.

The entire place was filthy. The ice machine didn’t work. The washer & dryer didn’t work.

Needs repair.

Roaches.. not 1 but seen 5. I told the owner who didn't even ask to go see it. She didn't want to see my pictures states she was sorry and they would take care of it. Housekeeper verified it. Seen the roaches going up the wall. They didn't come out when we got there but this morning at 7am we seen atleast 5 roaches. Said she couldn't do anything because I booked thru 3rd party.

Parking lot -- definitely needs more parking spots. We had to leave our small atv trailer at a different location because there was not enough space provided.
