Pros:

Thank you to Alden for patiently helping me out

Cons:

I had some dierary requirements of having ginger and lime however dispite multiple requests it was not considered. Tried to call the restaurant as well and no one picked up and i jist gave up. Billing was a nightmare

Výborně zařízené pokoje s funkční klimatizací, čisté. Vynikající snídaně.

Cons:

Složitě jsme hledali vjezd do podzemního parkoviště - nebyl označen vjezd pro hotel.

Noce people. Good bed. Good bathroom.

Cons:

Window could not open. Breakfast was chaos and plates, cups were never in place the first 4 night days.

The interior and location, the breakfast was also top!

The air conditioning wasn’t working properly, I almost suffered from heat, the fridge wasn’t functioning well

L'emplacement est fabuleux pour un concert à la Plénitude Arena !!!! Propre, confortable, calme, et le petit déjeuner est EXCEPTIONNEL. Je prends note pour un prochain concert.

Cons:

😂 j'ai mis un moment avant de comprendre comment fonctionnait l'ascenseur. Du point de vue sécuritaire c'est parfait mais même si j'ai l'habitude des hôtels je me suis sentie bête devant les platines d'accès. C'est pas vraiment un problème de l'hôtel, c'est juste moi.

Good stay but not great
