Renaissance Paris La Defense Hotel

We stayed for a Christmas Holiday and arrived a little earlier than expected. Front Desk was amazong by letting us into one of the rooms earlier.
We had breakfast daily at Gramaci and it was such a great surprise. The staff is very kind and helpful, the chefs at the omelette station are amazing. The buffet was very complete with tons of options and great quality on the food.
The Rooms were great sized and comfortable, also the lady that did the room every morning was very attentive.

We also had dinner at Gramaci & our waiter was amazing. The food is on another level, we enjoyed everything so much.

Location: it is in La Defense which is a business district but just a 3 mute walk to the metro and Westfield Mall in which you can get anything & everything.

Definately would stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.

My family and I stayed at the Renaissance Hotel La Défense in early December and booked three adjacent rooms. I accidentally left €3,000 in cash in my room and only realized it after leaving the hotel. When I returned, I was deeply relieved to find the full amount carefully and neatly placed on the desk.

This experience truly reflects the exceptional honesty, integrity, and professionalism of the hotel staff. A hotel you can genuinely trust. Highly recommended

We came to Paris for the weekend for our birthdays and stayed in this hotel. Beautiful hotel and in a great area. The staff were absolutely fantastic and made our stay even more pleasant. I would like to give a particular mention to Noémie Rousselot on the Guest relation team who went out of her way to make our stay even more special. There is a lovely shopping centre and Christmas market in La Défense and the metro made it easy to go everywhere. We would definitely love to stay in this hotel when we come back to Paris.

Excellent hotel in La Défense: good soundproof rooms, great pillows, good breakfast. Superb and friendly staff. Bar a bit too bright maybe.

Poor staff response to coldness of room despite air-con being attended to by engineer. I was wearing 3 sets of blouses that included 2 layers of 100% cashmere. Offered only 2 duvet blankets which didn’t help. Staff initially offered small heater but later say not enough heaters. I got the heater only on my third night. Poor follow up of 2 blouses left behind in my room. No reply to email to remind the staff to keep for me when coach bus returns. Very disappointed at service standards by this hotel with reputable branding !
Location ok, cleanliness ok but bad service standards.

Pricey but picked for location to Paris La Defense Arena for a concert. Breakfast was good quality, room was comfortable. Would stay here again for a concert but prices seem inflated when there’s an event on.

I booked this hotel to attend an event at La Defense Arena. It couldn't have been better located. We basically fell out of our hotel door, straight into the arena queue. Magnifique.

The hotel is chic and well furbished. Clean, tidy, all the staff have been very good to us and communicated well. I have tried my best to do it in French, but they have saved me with English when necessary.

The room was equipped as you would expect don't really need to go into it, as we got everything required. We were given the top floor, 9, but there were an abundance of lifts and getting one was always extremely easy.

I suppose the checking in process could have been quicker, but some things have to be done, so no big deal. On the lower floor with reception is a self service shop for snacks and drinks. Very trusting, but very convenient.

Breakfast was continental, but plentiful. Really enjoyed it, the coffee was nice too, which is a bonus. A lot of hotels have rubbish coffee.

Very unlikely to come back to the arena, but if I do, I am coming back to this hotel.

great hotel experience. the room was very spacious, and corner with a good view of the area. they have a great breakfast , they offer some snacks during certain hours. the hotel is well kept. i didnt put 5 starts because i was freezing in my room, france has a temerature control that is supposed to be in summer mode and my ac was cooling great during very cold nights for me coming from Flroida. other than that was awesome stay and the staff is super courteous and attentive. they have tea and cofe in the lobby as well for anytime .

I regularly stay in this hotel whenever I'm in Paris. A decent location with Westfield mall and many eateries about 100m away. The hotel served buffet type of breakfast which is ok, someone to cook your choice of eggs, buffet spread is decent but not fantastic. Hotel staff are very professional and courteous. Most chamber staff don't understand or speak English though. The only complaint I have on this particular stay was my room facing (towards Westfield mall). I don't know whether it's due to the window not able to shut tight or the window are not double-paned, it was very noisy whenever some inconsiderate people who can't just talk but must raise their voice or shout whenever they walk along the walkway or skateboarding, or playing. Even the sound of the cars, motorcycles can be heard from the nearby road even though i can't see it from my window. I was literally disturbed from the early hours to late at night. It's as if there's no window at all to block out the noise. For info, i was staying at the 9th level, 2nd highest if I'm not wrong. So if you are someone who needs quality undisturbed sleep, request the right room facing, or bring your own earplugs (which won't help much but at least something).

The staff was friendly & helpful, the property was cleaned, & my family enjoyed daily breakfast buffet.

Lovely hotel located in La Défense next to the Westfield mall. Rooms are spacious and comfy. Breakfast is great and staff are all very friendly.
David on reception was always so helpful and kind every day. Many times we had to extend our stay and he was always so patient and helpful in doing so.
I look forward to my next visit when returning to Paris. Thank you.

i used to stay here in renaissanc la defense hotel . i just write this review to thank mr nabil a waiter at the restaurant. he is so professional, smiling all the time. he doesnt wait to the guests to ask for smth , he is offering the help . i was surprised that he is speaking english , french , arabic and spanish with the guests . he is saying all the time bonjour with his special smile

No car is required when you stay here. Was such easy/safe walking to work and any amenities are right around the corner at Westfield. Staff were friendly, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Quick walk to the metro line one.

We were in Paris to see an Iron Maiden concert and this hotel was just a short walk from the concert venue. Reception staff were friendly and very helpful. The room itself was failry basic but fit for purpose and we enjoyed our nights stay. The breakfast experience was very good with lots of choice

Perfect location if you are going to see a concert 🎶 at La Defense Arena ..We went see Chris Brown.. hotel is little roundabout.. but it is close to the mall and nice shopping spots.

There was a misunderstanding with housekeeping. But other than that our visit was amazing. Staff were very helpful and location was perfect.

The hotel was clean and classic. The room was perfect for work, and spacious compared to my expectation. Plus, the fitness center was great. I was really happy the service from David, Polina and Stella too!

Is a modern hotel. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The room size is just right as compared to city center rooms are relative small. The bathroom is big. Good spread of breakfast. Walkable to The Defense Station which consist the varous mode of transports (Metro, RER and Bus). Nearby there are the Westfield CNIT & Les 4 Temps shopping malls with lots of eateries. Overall is a good hotel. If the rooms are brightly lighted & bathtub has antislip mat, that would be perfect.
