Ubicacion

Cons:

No tiene elevador ni rampa de acceso, y es requerido para una persona con discapacidad.

Fueron muy amables en cambiarme la habitacion a un segundo piso y asi reducir el esfuerzo para subir a mi hijo.

Pros:

Las habitaciones las entregaron antes de la hora y lo agradezco, las camas eran grandes y cómodas, el clima enfriaba rico, me gustó la vista hacia la calle. Decidí ese hotel porque quedaba cerca de mi destino principal. Tiene lo básico y necesario a un precio accesible.

Cons:

Mi toalla tenía una mancha como de salsa de tomate y olía a que había sido lavada pero hay que tener más cuidado, el baño de una de las habitaciones se le regaba el agua y había que tener cuidado de no resbalarse, una chica nos dió la opción de cambiarnos a otra habitación pero ya no quisimos porque estábamos ya listos para dormír así que nos proporcionó un trapeador 🤗. Espero que los chicos mejoren su trato en cuestión de ser acomedidos,

Caro para la habitación tan descuidada y pequeña, había animalitos en las camas(como chinches pero verdes), la cama a un paso de romperse, en la noche ya no alcanzas estacionamiento dentro del hotel, porque "llegan los trabajadores y lo ocupan" (así nos dijo la recepcionista) y entonces tienes que dejar tu coche en el estacionamiento de enfrente'que es un terreno con malla que nadie cuida.

El hotel está regular, las habitaciones son amplias el servicio del personal pues no es tan malo, pero si les hace falta más coordinación para la limpieza de las habitaciones en forma y tiempo apropiado.

Mejoras Hotel Esmeralda
Pros:

Deje el hotel muy temprano (6:00am) y en ninguno de los pisos había iluminación. Esa parte no me gusto.
El estacionamiento no lo cierran en la noche y tampoco se hacen responsables por pérdidas. Por ello es que por lo menos deberían cerrarlo.
