Great
Pros:

The lady that checked us in was wonderful. She was friendly, pleasant, warm & welcoming. She did her absolute best to accommodate our needs. I have stayed at many motels in my lifetime & in my experience most of the check in people are usually NOT the friendliest of people. This lady was exceptional. My daughter was also impressed & praised her to me.

Pros:

I was REALLY unhappy that I paid $168 for the room and could not get one free cup of coffee in the lobby for the road the next morning. That is ridiculous.

Like a new car, with something dead under the seat
Pros:

Customer service could have been better. Thermostat kept adjusting to warmer temperature. The “smells” from the room next door woke me up.
While this place looked and felt very clean, I don’t think I would stay here again. Great price for the money but those little things added up.

Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed having a balcony that overlooked the pool very much. The landscaping and lighting around the property are designed beautifully. The bed is extremely comfortable and the property is very clean and smells clean. I highly recommend this hot.
