Make sure you get a room with a balcony. Staff is friendly but no shady area for you to sit outside the pool is nice , there is no microwave in tbe rooms

Fairly standard for a moderately priced hotel. Bath towels were small and thin, as were the bed pillows. Nice bar. Breakfast not complimentary - was $5.

They listed breakfast included and it was not. The staff was aware that it is listed that way, but did nothing to accomidate.

Front desk staff was polite and helpful. Checking was quick and easy. The room was nice, the bathroom just needed a better cleaning of the floor but wasn't a big deal. Overall a great hotel for the price.

Might as well go to a motel. Even after paying for the upgrade to was checked into a filthy room that people were obviously still staying in.

The only benefit to this place was pool. Trash outside of rooms. Last time ever staying here.

Our second time staying here to go to concerts at Pine Knob this year. Great experience both times.

Don’t have the rooms I asked for. Gave us an extra room to accommodate but all on different floors. Poorly managed facility

Our room was a handicap room. Very clean. Bed was ok. Bathroom was wonderful. Clean, spacious and everything was vey handy.

The ac didn’t work in our room so he had to change rooms. But other than that it was a clean and good hotel.

It was nice & comfortable.

Overall great stay just seems very understaffed. No one in the bar/coffee lounge area either Saturday or Sunday.

Stopped by at 3:30 to see if we could check in early. This has happened in the past at this same hotel. We were told we couldn't check in until 4pm since housekeeping was behind schedule. We were told that our room would be ready when we returned.

Since we had something to do, we came back at 8:30 pm. Check-in went smooth and he gave us our room keys. When we opened our door, the housekeeping had not been there (see attached pictures). I went back down to the desk and he apologized and said this was not the first time it happened today. Instead of giving us another room, he went and checked it out. He came back and said that the room was not cleaned. So he went to another room, seemed like he was gone for awhile and finally returned and said it was good to go. He said there was $5 breakfast in the morning. We had stayed their before and never saw breakfast available. We went down in the morning, no breakfast. Same guy at the desk said, it will be here tomorrow. I'll leave a note and you can have a free breakfast. The next morning, still no breakfast and the desk clerk on duty was clueless. We explained our story, took my phone number and said the manager would call. As of today, we have not received a phone call.

All in all, it was not a good experience. We have stayed there for the past few years while in Michigan. I have never walked into a room that was not cleaned. We will not stay there again.

It was clean, and comfortable. It was conveniently located, very close to the freeway. We missed the breakfast but the employee (I didn't get her name) offered us bagels and coffee, that we appreciated. We only stayed one night but we will definitely go back.

Air conditioning in our room wasn’t working; woke up in the middle of the night to it being 86 degrees in our room with the AC unit blowing hot air. Pretty disappointed in that considering the cost of the rooms- tried to get some help and didn’t receive an answer.
