More than Perfect!
Pros:

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and I thought that after 3 years the same standard and hygiene could no longer be offered, but this stay far exceeded my previous positive experiences there. I rented a room at short notice and was greeted with a charming smile and a warm welcome from Ms. Duygu and Ms. Fatma. I travel a lot, but I have never experienced such a professional demeanor as in this hotel from the entire staff. Even after 3 years, none of the furniture is worn or the standard of hygiene has fallen. The hotel tells you at check-in what activities can be enjoyed in the area and what level of comfort is preferred in order to assign the room according to the customer's own personal wishes. I can't mention how often I was asked about my well-being, how often I was offered a local tea or other refreshment as soon as I walked through the lobby. I am delighted with the language skills of the international team, who looked after guests in at least 7 languages in my presence alone. Even after 8 hours, Mrs. Duygu welcomed me to the hotel with the same warmth. I would like to thank the entire team for this unforgettable stay and will be back soon.

Too expensive for what it offers
Pros:

It was a strange strange check in. The staff did not speak good English and it was hard to communicate with them. I had to use google translate to be able to get my message across each time. The floor where I had my room was dark with no lights creepy... again had to call to fix it otherwise I was walking in complete bitch black

Excellent hotel in Diyarbakir
Pros:

Amazing hotel! Amazing! Rooms are comfortable, beautifully designed. Bathrom was fantastic, modern, clean and spacious. The view was very nice. We loved the quality of breakfast. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. The only problem is that the rooms are so nice, you feel like you want to stay and relax for a long time, but there are so many beautiful places to see in Diyarbakir.

Cons:

I didn't realise Diyarbakir is so big, so to go to the old part of the city to visit unique places, we had to travel a while, but it was worth it.
