The staff was very rude when we got there we were told it was ok for the number of people we had in room and were told yes the next morning instead of talking the front test guy with the glasses came telling at me being very aggressive u need to pat more or leave which I was ok with paying extra I was just trying to ask then for the rest of my week there it was a nit puck at everything we did. Later in the visit my mom and my kids dad came and they kicked my mom out of here room because of supposed noise complaint refused to give her back her money and then when she left the rebooked her room. Later that day my son was walking back to his dads room which was only a few doors down ehat are you doing were is your room so my 9 year old son ran to his dads room and the 2 men one being the manager start aggressively talking then said we can leave or they were talking the cops... very unprofessional rude and dont care about your Stay and make you feel uncomfortable when they are wrong
The staff was very nice, and the rooms were comfortable and clean
Our room was non smoking, but smelled heavily of cigarette smoke
