Fun and comfy.
Pros:

Wonderful property in the heart of the Plaza
Cons:

Only issue is the beds are too firm; otherwise the room was great. Also you should have an extra pillow available in the closet if guests need it or would like another pillow.

I encountered Erica at the concierge desk when I walked in and she was amazing! She was extremely polite and helpful! She seemed eager to help me and made my check in super easy and painless. I encountered her on several other occasions and every time I approached her I was met with a smile and kind soft words. She solved every problem I presented willfully and addresses every question or concern with empathy and patience.

Great location with nice accommodations; would definitely go back
Pros:

I love the luxury of the older property- it was spacious with generous community spaces through the hotel- this is definitely something most chains skimp on these days. Of course it was clean and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was fine.

Cons:

Perhaps it is a little dated in certain places. Not overwhelmingly though.

The garage was really the biggest problem- I think there was a urine stink and a pile of vomit that hadn’t been cleaned. Definitely I can imagine the challenge being so close to the plaza, but they ought to keep it cleaner.

Not worth it
Pros:

The hotel seems like it’s been around for a while. It seems like an older hotel. Our suite was nice and big. I liked having two separate bathrooms and a door for the bedrooms. Also liked having the two different balconies. The halls and the carpet in the room also had a weird smell to it like it hadn’t been cleaned that thoroughly in a long time. Where I experienced problems was the knowledge and availability of hotel staff. It seemed like no one could tell me whether or not my one year old son would be eligible for free breakfast. I also needed something from the lobby in the evening and not a soul was in sight at the desk. I had to call just to get the manager to come out of their office. Looking past that, the one night stay was nice. The pool area is really nice and the surrounding area has a lot to offer in terms of things to, views, and places to eat and shop. Oh, also, if you get a drink from the bar, just know that it will come with 19% gratuity for even a single item. I paid $19 for an Old Fashioned.

Amazing Experience

A tired hotel with very nice staff
Pros:

After the amazing Intercontinental in Indianapolis this was somewhat a let down. The building is ugly and the interior worse for wear. It needs a serious refresh. The rooms were better but things were somewhat frayed at the edges. Staff were lovely and helpful.
