Very expensive and not value for money.
Pros:

The rooms are clean.

Cons:

It’s very expensive for a hotel that is located at the edge of an area that has lots of drug addicts. The breakfast was unimpressive and meagre. One English breakfast tea bag, no dressing gowns and no extra towels is not expected when paying so much.

Made stay challenging as had to keep asking for things that should already be in the room - it was thoughtless

I liked the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel.
Pros:

Everything went well. I really appreciated the reception staff splitting the bill 3 ways to accommodate 3 friends staying in the same room. Restaurant staff was very pleasant.

Cons:

The view from our room could have been better (lots of rooftops).

Great location and friendly staff.
Pros:

Fantastic location and welcoming friendly staff. Easy to get to everything we want to from here. Highly recommend.

Cons:

We were a group of 3 adults and only small problem was the unit was set up for two. Two towels, two glasses, two cups etc. We called for extra linen on first night but didn’t realise until after the second night that housekeeping had only provided two towels etc again.
When checking out I alerted them to this for future bookings and was told that’s just how the rooms were set up even though we clearly booked and paid for 3 pax.

Die Suite war sehr schön. Wir haben die im obersten Stockwerk erhalten.
Toll, dass es eine Kaffeemaschine & Wasserkocher gibt.
