Excellent in every way!
Pros:

The service was amazing. They were able to locate my lost phone in an Uber Cab and returned it to me personally! The best breakfast buffet on trip!

Pros:

Personnel très aimable, qualité du petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Vue de la chambre sur la ville, tres beau. Emplacement au top dans un quartier calme et proche de tout (gare, restaurants, shopping)

Läget är ypperligt! Nära till Shimbashi station, nära till trevliga restauranger och barer. Lugnt och tryggt.

Cons:

Ganska litet rum, men säkert normal Tokyo standard.

Amazing location, staff, and facilities.
Pros:

Amazingly helpful staff, tasty breakfast, super comveniant location 2 min walk from a well connected station, great facilities.

Cons:

Not much to dislike, some surfaces in the room were a little bit dusty, but the room was spotless besides that.
