Great place to discover Tokyo - however if you want enough space you need a suite
Pros:

Perfect location to discover Tokyo - very friendly and supportive staff; good Breakfest also for western tastes

Cons:

If you want enough space for hanging cloths you need to book the suite; standard rooms just do not have that and are therefore not optimals for longer stays

Schöner Aufenthalt, eher teuer.
Pros:

-Modern und sauber
-gute Lage in sicherem Viertel
-schöne Lobby und super Aussicht
-Zimmer im 27.Stock war recht ruhig, Strasse und Bahn hat man nur leise gehört
-grosszügige Dusche
-bequemes Bett (Matraze rel. hart aber mit weichem Topper)
-Hotel hilft beim Gepäcktransport
-gratis Nespresso-Kaffee im 19. Stock (lieblos eingerichtet)

Cons:

-man konnte kein Fenster öffnen
-rel. viele Lichtquellen nachts im Zimmer (musste ich abdecken)
-unangenehmer Geruch in den Fahrzügen zur Lobby
-Zimmer war wirklich recht klein, kein Platz für zwei geöffnete Koffer ohne Bewegungseinschränkungen

Great location for exploring Tokyo
Pros:

Great location, really close to great food spots, Family marts, seven 11, trains. Really modern work fabulous views of the city

Cons:

Room was quite small. We were staying for a week so very little space with 2 large suitcases. Room also was not cleaned and beds made every day-had to request this

Pros:

Super Lage nahe zu Ginza. Sensationelle Aussicht auf die Stadt. Schöne Einrichtung. Nettes Personal

Cons:

Komischer Duft im Zimmer. Ist aber der einzige negative Punkt. ansonsten ein Top Hotel!
