Pros:

The location and the staff

Cons:

It was disappointing after staying at the blossom in Kyoto - less facilities for guests. Also not a fan of two lifts to access the property.

Pros:

Location is fantastic - close to Shinbashi station which has many lines. Across the street is Lawson and downstairs Level 2 is Family Mart

Laundry services available though you should not iverload the dryer because the machine is both a washer and dryer.

Can borrow umbrellas on rainy day.

Service by reception and information desk was exceptional! Went above and beyond to help us with directions and arranging luggage delivery service.

Bed and pillows were comfortable

Cons:

Generally all hotel rooms in Japan tend to be smaller, felt this one is average size as well

Slight odour in the room but could be due to the dehumidifier machine in the room

Great location, perfectly tucked in a more quiet street but so close to everything.

Cons:

Probably not as spacious as we liked for travelling with a 5 month old. But perfect if for a couple.

A fantastic last-minute find that exceeded our expectations.
Pros:

Love that this hotel has laundry rooms. Also one of the few hotels in this area that allows for 3 people in one room. My family and I also enjoyed the lounge w/ complimentary drinks and coffee, and we used the pizza vending machine a few times-- very tasty! Fantastic city views from our rooms; wonderful friendly english-speaking staff.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet was a bit pricey for what it was. A little hard to find seating for family of 5.

Horrible.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was good, but that is all.

Cons:

We arrived at 1 pm and though the 2 rooms were ready, we could not use them until 3 pm and they wanted to charge an early check in fee, to me that does not make any sense if they were available.
The rooms did not smell good when we were able to enter and the AC seemed very poor. The AC on my children’s room never worked and I informed the staff of that the morning of check out. Fortunately it was only one night. The rooms are very tiny and for two people to stay there it is very difficult to open your luggage, there is no space.
The bathroom had some mold in between the grout and the black out had some tears that allowed the sun to come in. Will not recommend this hotel.
