Супер, центр, удобно. Отличные завтраки.
Pros:

Расположение феерическое, возможно, лучше в Токио и не придумать. До Гинзы 2 минуты пешком, при этом вы в Хибие, рядом с парком и кучей выходов из метро. Завтраки супер!

Cons:

Крошечные номера, но, это типичная для Японии ситуация, то есть, претензий к этому нет.

Rooms smell very bad
Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

Very awful smell in the room. Smelt like BO. Asked to move rooms but the new room smelt exactly the same. Overly small rooms compared to others I have stayed at in Tokyo - the hotels room pictures are misleading. Zero service at this hotel. Feels like a glorified apart-hotel.

Loved the hotel for the location, staff, and rooms. Would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

Awesome location, with easy access to more than one train station. Lawson across the street. Nice view of Tokyo from the lobby and staff are very friendly and helpful. Property seems more upscale and is well kept. Rooms were a good size for Tokyo standards, and comfortable.

Excellent experience.
Pros:

The location (for us) was great. Access to different subway lines is easy and there is even a park nearby. We enjoyed having a great view of Tokyo. The breakfast buffet has a very nice choice of options.

Cons:

Nothing that I can think of.
