Pros:

The best thing about this hotel is its location. Above a great supermarket and within walking distance of metro line and not far from Dotonbori area.

We found the common areas a bit sterile and the check in was not the smoothest.

Worse thing was the carpet in the room was stained in a few spots.

The front desk staff were chatting amongst themselves after pointing us to the self check in machine even after we had trouble finding our reservation on the machine. This was 4pm. Would have appreciated their proactive assistance.

非常乾淨的客房，每次打掃都很整潔，住宿環境明亮，浴室設備應有盡有，還有小椅子可供女生洗頭非常好。
交通方便，步行不到3分鐘即可到捷運四橋站，附近心齋橋、難波也可以步行抵達，非常好的地點。
服務人員友善親切。

Pros:

京セラドームのライブで利用しましたが、四ツ橋駅出口からすぐで分かりやすかったです。下にイオンもあり、お部屋も清潔で、アメニティや氷もあり、スタッフの方の対応も良かっです。また利用したいです。

Pros:

駅から近く、同じ建物内に24時間営業のイオンがあります。大通り沿いですがうるさくもなく、部屋も清掃が行き届いていて快適に過ごせました。不満な点は冷蔵庫がルームキーを抜くと（要は外出してしまうと）電源が落ちてしまうところです。あとは特に不満はなしでした。

這次在這酒店住了5天4夜，當中有兩天在出門前有把換床套的綠卡放在床上，回到酒店發現職員只是把床套整理好，但床套是沒有更換新的，不是一次，是兩次沒有更換，感覺日本的職場精神已經不像以前那樣。

Pros:

全てがとてもよかったです。フロアや部屋もとてもきれいで清潔でした。毎日清掃もはいってくれます。セキュリティもきちんとしていて、フロントの方もとても親切でよく気がきく方達でした。荷物の一時預かり、帰宅時の荷物郵送も準備から郵送まで快く手伝っていただけました。
下の階にスーパーがあること、氷も無料でもらえるのもとても便利でした。
次に来るときもまた利用すると思います。
