Ambience & Decor: Great overall atmosphere with very stylish, artistic interior design.
Convenience: Having the attached Dome café was a huge plus.
Social Spaces: The basement bar was a fantastic spot to catch up with friends and family.
Amenities: The guest utility station with tea/coffee facilities, spare blankets, and extra pillows was an exceptionally thoughtful and practical touch.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in . We would love to return
Pros:

Our stay in the hotel was very enjoyable .
I loved the architecture and the industrial lux feel . The location is right in the centre of town .
Our room was large and well decorated .
We slept soundly and the king size bed was comfortable.
The valet area on each floor is a nice touch . Free Apples and books to read was a bonus

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like .
A small improvement could be an exhaust fan in the bathroom . The mirror fogged up

Just a overnight stay so we could attend a funeral the next day

Cons:

Very noisy at night. Lots of hooking drag racing during the night on the main road outside the hotel. Needs to put noise preventing windows in place

The Premier Mill is charming and is a beautifully restored building; it's a worthwhile visit.
Pros:

The rooms are stunning. I love the historical feel of the building. The design is exceptional. Everything is comfortable and cosy. The Cordial bar is excellent. The options for food and drink are good. It gives visitors a reason to come and see the quaint country town. Driving down from Perth at this time of the year rewards you with stunning canola fields.

The staff added some anniversary touches - petals, chocolate and a drink voucher. This made the stay feel extra special.

I wish there was a room with a bathtub!
