Unique property and high standard accommodation
Pros:

Good breakfast options from the Dome restaurant/ bar.
Cordial bar a unique, cosy setting

Cons:

Reception on arrival offhand and did not, for example, point us to shared guest valet area (tea/coffee making etc). Guest services only available remotely after 9.00 pm. We had air con issues (too hot) which could not be resolved before we went to bed.

I liked the balcony. The bed was comfortable

Cons:

I could hear a man urinating in the room above me. It also sounded like they were moving their furniture around for what seemed like hours.... and then the man snored...all night. Not very restful. Earlier in the day I could clearly hear a couple arguing in the room next to me. I was woken at approx 4am on my first night by someone moving about out in the corridor followed by the sound of someone trying to open my door.
The second day the room keycard stopped working so I had to get it reconfigured.

Pros:

I do love this place, beds are comfortable, great shower, beautiful layout of the building, nice bar. Only wish there was a tea making station in the room so I don’t have to trek out to the shared kitchenette for my tea in my PJs lol.

It was a haven inside a bubble on the other side of the moon.
Pros:

Everything was considered and nothing was skimped on. Intelligent and aesthetically pleasing design in interiors, systems and experience. Little touches such as Aesop products were nice, (this inclusion made me buy Aesop shampoo and conditioner the following week - could you guys sell these products?)

Cons:

Hey, it's Kattanning, what do you expect? We kept our expectations about the rest of the town low and really enjoyed it.

Pros:

This hotel is situated in an old flour mill and retains lots of the original features making it architecturally very interesting. It's not cheap and doesn't have all the features you might expect in a high-end hotel. But, it is clean and has a great bed and an excellent bathroom. And lots of room.

Booking in is often a bit of an issue as the reception area is generally not staffed. I found our booking form on the desk and completed all the relevant information then rang through on the adjacent phone. A staff member popped out from Dome within 30 seconds and gave me the keys to our room.

There's a lift which is great for heading to the 2nd floor but the stairs are fine for heading back down to the Cordial Bar (recommended) or the co-located Dome.

Perhaps some of the best accommodation in the south west. Certainly in Katanning.

Highly recommend. Would be so fun to go with a group of friends. A really beautiful restoration

Historic nature of the hotel. Wonderful renovation/preservation. The room we had was enormous. Aesop products Lovely guest valet facility nearby to make coffee and tea. And grab any extra pillows towels. Bar downstairs is nice.

Cons:

There was one staff member of the bar crew who was less than welcoming. However our staff member when checking in was exceptional. Monday night food menu was very limited. Maybe the fuel crisis kicking in. Still the best option in town.

Nice place with a an attractive atmosphere.
Pros:

A stylish redesign of the old mill building. Bed was very comfortable. Nice vibe to the place. valet area for coffee, tea and ironing was a bit unusual, but well stocked and fine, really. They actually provided good coffee and a plunger.

Cons:

Lighting in the bathroom was so low that I couldn’t see in the mirror. Also, no really good eating options. Cafe was so- so.
