Capri or not to Capri
Pros:

Close to China town. Cafes with good coffee and restaurants close by. Staff good. Housekeeping is good. Breakfast ok. Good location.

Cons:

King bed was undersized. Coffee was terrible. No decent muesli. There wasn't a choice to have laundry done WITHOUT ironing...very expensive.

Pros:

The hotel met all our expectations.
The breakfast was very extensive and appealed to both Asian and Western tourists.
The staff were friendly—from the pool attendants and housekeeping staff to the front desk, security, restaurant staff, and porters. Everyone was always polite and had a genuine smile.

Aurait été parfait sans un très malencontreux accident
Pros:

Gentillesse, dévouement et efficacité du personnel, particulièrement Freida et Vicky ainsique Ron, Sava et Juliana et la personne du restaurant. Petit déjeuner excellent, chambre très confortable et piscine bienvenue.

Cons:

Abords de la piscine très très glissants qui ont provoqué la mauvaise chute de ma femme avec des conséquences en cascade le jour prévu de notre départ.

Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Der Pool war sehr gut und auch die Lage war sehr zentral.

Cons:

Wir mochten die Betten nicht sehr, da die Kissen sehr unbequem waren für uns. Ebenso die Klimaanlage war eher nervig. Dort zu schlafen war leider nicht so erholsam wie gehofft.

Worth Revisiting
Pros:

The location is good. Close to MRT station. And lots of foods spots. But the room is small and I feel the facility is overpriced for the comfort it offers. Overall, a little above average because of its cleanliness and friendly staff. Frieda helped with an error emanating from wrong billing. She was so helpful and well mannered and professional.

Cons:

Size of the room and the wrong billing due to a communication gap.The Internet was poor the first day but it improved the 2nd day. The size of the bathroom and toilet could be bigger.

Lage, sauber, Zimmergrösse so, dass man 2 große Reisekoffer gut ablegen kann, Wasser- + Kaffekocher + Minimale Geschirraisstattung. Dusche und WC separat vorhanden

Cons:

Nicht tragisch - nur falls man etwas verbessern möchte:
WC-Türe + WC-Akustik ist sehr laut, wir haben jeden Tag etwas in die Tür geklemmt, damit der Partner nicht aufwacht.

Poolumrandung ist sehr rutschig, als ob es eingeölt wäre.

Frühstück im Hotel sehr teuer.
