Etablissement dans quartier calme, propre avec une très bonne literie
Pros:

Chambre calme, propre et literie très confortable.
Chauffage réglable dans la chambre et dans la salle de bain.
Personnel d'accueil très sympathique et très serviable.
Etablissement très bien placé, quartier très calme, idéalement située, entre 2 stations de métro (Lignes 5 et 6).

Cons:

Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de "pliant" pour poser les valises dans la chambre.

Très bon séjour
Pros:

À côté de la gare d’Austerlitz, appartement spacieux avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner (pas de cafetière, distributeur automatique gratuit dans le hall), lits confortables.
Le personnel a été très accueillant et sympathique.

Cons:

Mauvaise insonorisation dans l’appartement au RDC

Pros:

A localização, para o nosso caso, é excelente. Estávamos muito perto da praça Jussieu o que nos permitiu ir sempre a pé. O quarto era espaçoso e tinha tudo o que era necessário. A micro-cozinha tinha tudo o que era necessário, embora pudesse ter um pouco mais de espaço.

Decent hotel in a quiet neighbourhood
Pros:

The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood, and there are multiple metro lines and good restaurants within short walking distance. The hotel staff is friendly, and the rooms are spacious. All in all, it is a good place for a short stay (long weekend).

Cons:

The pictures of the property do not match the reality. The rooms are quite outdated, the furniture is old and shows heavy signs of usage. This normally would not be a big issue, if the price was lower.

Pros:

Très bonne situation géographique, studio fonctionnel et confortable, très bon accueil, disponibilité, bonne qualité de la TV.

Cons:

La propreté des lieux pourrait être nettement améliorée ( toilettes entartrées, dans salle de bain bouche d'aération encrassée, crasse qui se répercute sur le haut du mur, pas de bonde au lavabo de SDB) sol de la chambre pas hyper clean, rideau en voilage déchiré,
Pas de problème sur l'absence de ménage pendant les 3 jours de notre séjour, par contre il serait bien de mettre à disposition un balai.
