Pros:

location was great, and the room was large

Cons:

check in was late (room was not ready when I arrived after 4pm), hotel key stopped working multiple times, room was disability accessible even though that was not requested

El hotel esta lindo y se nota que lo renovaron. El personal de la recepción es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudarte
Me gustó que tenía servicio de reposeras y sombrilla incluido y eran de muy buena calidad.

Cons:

El desayuno dejaba bastante que desear, habia poca variedad. No tenían tostadoras para calentar el pan y el cafe, si lo querías hacer con la maquina que estaba ahí, tenías que pagar (pero te avisaban después de que te lo hubieras hecho)

Las camas hacian mucho ruido, varias veces me desperte por el ruido que hacían cuando giraba dormida. La habitación también era un poco ruidosa en general.

Foi hospedado no quarto 505 dia 04/05/2026 até dia 06/05/2026. Ar condicionado com barulho absurdo, pedi para mudar de quarto sem conseguir, me disseram que o hotel estava lotado mas tinha quartos disponíveis em todos os sites, inclusive do hotel, disseram que a manutenção resolveu mas não foi. Café da manhã básico com poucas opções, para ser um 4 estrelas ficou abaixo da minha aspetativas.

Incrível, quase perfeita
Pros:

Funcionários mais educados que ja vi na vida, de todos hotéis que passei. Inclusive um deles emprestou o seu guarda chuva particular para que eu e minha família pudéssemos ir almoçar. Quarto sensacional, aconchegante e luxuoso. Dei nota 9, só não foi 10 porque acredito que o café da manha poderia ser melhor

Not worth the money - mostly needs to get better noise insulation for windows.
Pros:

Excellent location in central Ipanema close to many nice restaurants and the beach. Nice and helpful staff.

Cons:

Basically no noise insulation to the street so bad sleep. On two evenings we did not have warm water in the shower until the staff fixed some issue with the boiler.

Ótima localização e disponibilidade de itens de praia, só faltou flexibilidade no late check-out.
Pros:

Localização do Hotel, café da manhã muito bom e disponibilidade de toalhas e cadeiras de praia.

Cons:

Possibilidade de late check out de apenas 1h, que era o que eu precisava, não foi possivel, mesmo me dispondo a pagar. Mas disponibilizaram um local para um banho antes da partida ao aeroporto.
