Pros:

Quarto amplo e bem planejado, iluminação boa, com escrivaninha pra quem precisa trabalhar um pouco durante as férias.

Cons:

Há apenas 1 elevador, e a espera pode demorar bastante. Funcionários do restaurante foram ríspidos durante o café da manhã, estavam claramente insatisfeitos com algo, o que tornou o momento do café da manhã bem desconfortável.

O quarto bem confortável, com cama grande. Bom café da manhã e janta com caldos deliciosos. Perto da praia, área central de Ipanema. Foi disponibilizado toalhas, guarda sol e cadeiras para praia.

Die Lage und das Frühstück ist absolut spitze! Der Check-In und Check-Out verlief reibungslos und es gab keine Sprachbarrieren.
Ich hatte einen sehr tollen Aufenthalt!

Cons:

Das Schloss zu meinem Zimmer (704) war teils defekt. Sie ging manchmal nicht richtig zu.
Das Fitness ist deutlich kleiner, als es auf den Bildern aussieht, für das Wichtigste reicht es aber völlig aus!

Pros:

Esqueci um carregador e cabo do iPhone liguei para o hotel e falaram que não tinha nada no quarto paguei uma multa de 740 reais por ter fumado um cigarro na janela pedi comida no quarto 2h depois tive que ir no restaurante e falaram que tinham esquecido nunca mais voltarei a esse hotel. O ar condicionado não funciona no quente estava um frio horrível no quarto. Péssimo hotel.

Não gostei de nada desde os funcionários arrogância total instalação horrível.

Após mais de 10 anos utilizando este hotel, é provável que eu não volte mais a me hospedar no mesmo

Nada de especial para o padrão do hotel. A localização é muito boa.

Cons:

Café da manhã estava muito pior do que na época em que o hotel não fazia parte do Grupo Astoria. Teve um dia que nem sequer manteiga havia para os hóspedes e a qualidade geral dos alimentos e pães está ruim. O padrão do restaurante também piorou, procurei outra alternativa. O hotel não disponibiliza mais o estacionamento na condição e custo que havia antes de ser vendido, transferido ou arrendado ao Grupo Astoria.
