Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man so Brauch. Das Bett war gemütlich und mit genug Kissen ausgestattet, so wie wir es mögen. Auch die Lage war für uns perfekt. Das Essen im Restaurant war Mega lecker, die Kellner sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Defekte Leuchtmittel im Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer. Keine Matratzenschoner. Alles sehr Datiert. Essensgerüche im Flurbereich. Frühstück nur von 8-9:30 Uhr

Vor vier Monaten haben wir für eine Nacht ein Zimmer gebucht und bezahlt und wurden bei der Anreise um 19:00 informiert, dass angeblich genau unser Zimmer (es gibt 17) einen Wasserschaden hat und wir aufgrund dessen nicht in dem Hotel Ratskeller übernachten können. Auf meine Frage, warum wir nicht früher kontaktiert wurden, gab es nur eine unfreundliche Antwort, das wir ja 10km weiter in ein Hotel fahren könnten.

Lage top, Hotel gefühlt aus den 70ern mit spartanischer Einrichtung.
Pros:

Lage war sehr gut.

Cons:

Internet: WLAN zwar vorhanden aber geht so gut wie gar nicht und mobile Daten auch schwierig da dort kaum Empfang ist.

Rezeption nicht vorhanden. Bekommt alle Infos im vorbei gehen bzw. mussten wir alles selber erfragen (z.B. wann ist Frühstück)

Zustellbett wurde erst 2 Stunden nach unserer Ankunft aufgebaut, was ungünstig war das meine Frau und mein Sohn deshalb nicht schlafen konnten.

Einrichtung sehr alt und schon lange nicht mehr zeitgemäß. TV war auch schwierig da viele Sender nicht existieren (Pro7, RTL usw.).

Frühstück: super wenig Auswahl bis hin zu gar keiner Auswahl. Eine Brötchen-Sorte, außer ein gekochtes Ei keine Warmspeisen, nur 4 Sorten "Discounter-Wurst" und eine Käsesorte. Eine Sorte Saft. Hotel wirkte im Bereich der Hotelzimmer unaufgeräumt.
