Kasa Legacy Town Center Plano

There was no water pressure at all. Parking was a mess, could not find parking. Your system did not allow to add license plate after check in.

It was a work trip, so having a full kitchen and multiple bedrooms made for a comfortable stay for my team.

All clean, all in order, close to the office and restaurants, quiet, comfortable.

Halls are not as clean as the apartment, you can improve that for sure.

This was a fully equipped apartment including a washer and dryer. It had easy walking access to restaurants and shops and was in a very safe neighborhood. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

There was no parking available and the elevators didnt work.had to park on the 4tg floor of parking garage and walk down the stairs the. Across thw street to enter property.

Was not at all what i had expected and i am sure this is why no photos were provided prior to booking. Normally i would not have booked it if i could not see it online through photos but i took a chance and spent prob an hour looking for the place and trying to figure out the parking and then it seemed more like section 8 housing than anything Prestigeous as it puts it out to be. the actual apt was not bad but surrounding area is congested and didn't feel safe.

The reservation had a different address than the detailed email, so was very very confusing getting to the actual studio

Easy access in and out. Super close to Legacy W. Shopping Center.

Short story: I would stay at this location again but I will NEVER use Kasa again, regardless of what property they manage.

Longer story: I received a text the day of check in with all the info. The address, lock codes, wifi, etc. Good to go, right? Well, not when they give you the wrong address. The four of us walked around the entire complex and the unit number did NOT exist. We spoke to several residents to confirm. So I text Kasa, as their convenient text said "We are available 24/7, just send us a text!". No response. My friends were all suggesting we give up, report the whole thing as a scam with my CC company and stay at the hotel we passed up the street. I decide one last ditch effort and log in to the Kasa account I had to set up to pre register and a different address then the one they texted me is listed?! Over 1/2 mile away. So we load up, go over there and it is in fact, the correct apartment.

The upside? It was clean, well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The other cons? The unit smelt like weed and didn't have a deadlock. The only lock on the entire door was the one someone with the key code could have opened. One of the women I was with didn't sleep at all thinking we would all be murdered.

The second day, I received an automatic text from Kasa asking how our stay was and I mentioned the wrong address and smell of weed. They credited $20 for the smell and told me they give "ballpark" addresses. What in the world?! Not impressed.

The room was cute, and I really love the layout, furniture, full kitchen and other amenities.

However, there were many cockroaches in the kitchen, and I was so scared to go into the kitchen area. It's Texas and very tropic, plus this property is condo style so I understand it would be difficult to control when the building has many units that are out of control of Kasa.

I cleaned the kitchen counter every time I used when I saw 4 roaches roaming around in day lights under the unwashed plates (I left it only for 30 min).
Even then, I saw roaches roaming around like nonchalant. In the end, I felt like they are my pets. lol.

Anyways, I am ok with some insects living with me here and there but roaches... no so much.

Though location and other things were great, unfortunately roaches living with me was not welcome and I will probably not use this place again.

Location was why we selected this apartment. It was great location.

Apartment was spartan but serviceable. Everything we needed was good, but not great.

For the location expected more upscale.
Still would come back if we had same need-soccer tournament in several nearby areas, birthday shopping and good restaurants in the immediate area

Spent a week there on business and was fairly disappointed with this property; mainly on the cleanliness. Hallways were filthy, elevator and staircases smell like urine. In the apartment the floor left my feet black, towels were stained and shredded and food was left over in the kitchen from prior people. Cleaning crew did a really bad job. Its too bad, I've stayed in Kasa properties monthly for the last 2 years and will likely not be returning after this experience. If these issues were settled the team is great on communications, location is great as well but its not worth it when you feel disgusting in your place.

Room was okay. Really just repainted everything

I visited last year and was impressed so I booked again this year. This year was disappointing. The furniture was old, chairs were broken, tables ready to fall apart. Furniture could use upgrade.
Outside, the hallways were dirty, parking lot dirty, trash bins were always full everywhere and smelly.
I love the swimming pools and utilized them every day. They were wonderful.
The gas grills around the compound need thorough cleaning and some were not working or difficult to start the gas to come on. Those gas grills look like they have never been cleaned.
So, new furniture, cleaner outside, gas grills need cleaning and I will continue to come back to visit. I have grandkids so I try to visit every year. Thanks for listening.

The inside of the unit was very nice and one I would stay in again. The hallway was another story. It could use a round of cleaning to spruce it up. I was surprised the unit was so nice after the first time seeing the hallway to get there. Second, the communication is terrible. I had 2 different addresses sent to me as my unit and didn't really know until I was at the building. VERY confusing and needlessly so. Without that snafu I would have rated this much higher.

This was a studio apartment KASA but size was fine. We had some trouble finding the correct building as the buildings were not labeled well. Once we located it though it was super convenient to everything.
The issues we had were inside the KASA. The lighting was horrible. Several lights did not work and several of those that did had LED bulbs that were very dim. Even using the slider did not help the lighting. The other issue was the shower curtain rod. It was not an extension rod and it was not mounted so it fell several times while my husband tried to shower. Also hotter water would have been great. Overall the price and location were great and with a couple minor fixes it would have been 5 star.

Not a lot to say, just a weekend with the family before school starts.

Beautiful place, great for the money. At home living while on travel. Only complaint is the noise level during the evening. Things quieted down after 10/11pm. Road noise from tollway is noticeable. Aside from noise issue we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Dallas. Loved it!

Such a great place. I loved the location. Parking was super easy with parking passes. The swimming pools were amazing, one was long enough to swim laps. BBQ grills worked at the pools, gym was well equipped. The studio was big enough and fully functional. The residents that live there were all welcoming and super nice. Will book again on my next visit.
