Unique on this occasion meant....old owners and new owners hiding? Us three were left frantic, but the taxi driver is making more enquiries and comforted us. The name on the building now is called "Cape Town". I need my money refunded NOW.

I never got to stay here. Pulled up to this hole in the wall and they didnt have my reservation even after I paid for it. Place was disgusting. Avoid at all costs.

My biggest issue was that it is incredibly noisy with street noise of vehicles going by. I think it wouldn't be so bad with glass windows, but the wooden shutters that they have, and the fact they are on a busy street, prepare for an uncomfortably noisy night. The whole place felt a bit quirky, like it didn't quite have it together. Oh, and the refrigerator had a horrendous chemical smell coming from it, I think it was leaking refrigerant. The place just seemed off. I also received a room that was half the size of what I actually booked, so be careful with that as well.

Great staff, air con in each room, they provided free upgrade,no clothes washing facilities.

We booked this hotel last minute. Last minute as in, that very morning. We then requested to check in early. We were on our way from Suva and needed a place to leave our belongings while we caught up with some friends in Nadi before our flight later at night. Staff were very kind and responded quickly to our request. The rooms were small but very welcoming, clean, fresh and a great place for our needs that day. Will definitely recommend.

I thought that the staff were excellent both on the front desk to the genuinely lovely lady serving breakfast. They even helped me to chase a lizard out of the room.
The manager, Kamal, was exceptional really and did me two large favours with relish.
The rooms are spacious, spotless and had all I needed.
It's smack in the centre of town and, though superficially unprepossessing, ticks all the important boxes and, as a new hotel, deserves custom. Recommend.
The only negative that I can think of is the (unavoidable) traffic noise.
It would also be nice if juice was available at breakfast - a small thing.the taxi from the airport was small money but you can get also bus from the stop outside the Fiji Gateway.

Place was nice , host was most generous but the road nose is terrible hardly slept a wink

Good thing that we stopped by this hotel "The President Hotel" in Nadi a day before check in and found out that this hotel is no way close to the photos posted on Expedia.
To me and my family the rooms are dirty, smelly and old looking that you will not be able to sit or sleep and looks like it's being used or rented by hourly seekers.
Upon cancellation the hotel manager charged us for full two days when it says on the Cancellations and Changes section that Cancellations and changers or no -shows are subject to a property fee equal to 50% of the total amount paid for the reservation. I am still working with Expedia.

Great new hotel at the bridge into Nadi town. Perfect for tourists and business travelers alike. Rooms are spacious, stylish and clean, with very comfortable beds and amenities. While the road is a bit noisy, the convenient location is steps away from the best shopping area in Nadi. Safe location, and much nicer than the other options downtown.
