Location was good

Cons:

The area was quite noisy, roosters crowing at 2AM, dogs barking, loud music nearby, and early construction. It was not easy to sleep.

We had ants in our room and requested a new room or new sets of sheets. None was provided.

Nice hotel on a good place
Pros:

Hotel is a good situated. Everything is close by walk.I recomend go to river side for a cup of morning coffee, there is a nice chill place. Receptionist r willing to help you

Cons:

The towels were dirty and smelly. The sheets were torn. If u use for a booking yr Credit card it doesn't work. U have to pay in the hotel with extra charged (small one)if u pay by card

Completely misleading pictures and room description
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

The pictures looK NOTHING like the rooms. Plus we booked a city view with balcony - but got just a normal room. When we queried we were told NO rooms have balconies or city views. We contacted booking.com who were no help. Book a cheaper room category and save yourself the money. The doors are also made of thin, cheap plastic so you can hear a pin drop outside your room

Great place to stay
Pros:

We loved staying here, quite area, a cozy clean and brand new room, comfortable beds, new towels and bedsheets, air con, close to the area with all restaurants and cafes. Felt really comfortable, not like usual asian hotels.
If I were to be back to Hue, I’d book it again.

It was not clean!!
Pros:

The location is convinient by the walking street

Cons:

1) several pillow cases were dirty; 2) we saw many bugs in the room, on the bed etc; 3) I can't get a hold of the stuff via WhatsApp or booking.com

Good short stay
Pros:

It is a nice hotel for short stay. Some nice restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

I thought the room wasn't super clean, especially the bathroom. We were on ground floor and window was onto a busy alley so we were woken by bikes etc passing by.

Wish we hadn’t stayed here!
Pros:

Where do I start! We entered our room and were immediately stuck with an overpowering mould smell. The room was dirty and had clumps of hair and gunk around on the walls and floors. The wall above the bed had a major water damage mark and was mouldy.
The bed covers had hair and dirt on them.

My husband spoke to the receptionist and told him about the mould smell and after inspected it, we were moved to the bunk bed room shown in the hotel photos. Those photos certainly do not represent reality! This room was just as bad!! The mould smell gave me a migraine for the entire duration of our two night stay. It was dirty, had hair all over the place and gunk on the walls in the room and bathroom. We felt so gross staying here! Also, to my surprise, on booking the room was at $30aud, while we paid over $110 a night! This would compare to a hostel or backpackers inn, definitely not a boutique hotel! Do not be deceived by the pictures!

Cons:

I didn’t like anything about my stay here. We left feeling dirty and couldn’t wait to get to our next hotel. We actually spent most of our time outside the hotel to avoid coming back to the gross room!

Good location, walk to everything. Good value I guess.

Cons:

Maintenance is not great, broken lamps and knobs, minimal cleaning was done, bare minimum. More for locals than westerners.
