Een goede start van onze Java rondreis!
Pros:

De locatie is erg mooi en dichtbij de bezienswaardigheden als de moskee, nationaal monument en de kathedraal.
Het ontbijt was lekker met veel keuzes en er was zelfs hagelslag voor de Nederlanders :)
Personeel heeft ons geholpen met het regelen van vervoer en we kregen van hen leuke tips om te eten.

تجربتي لم تكن جيدة .
Pros:

أقدّر تعاون الفندق وقبوله حفظ حقائبي الساعة 10:00 صباحًا حتى موعد تسجيل الدخول الساعة 14:00، وكان ذلك محل تقدير وسهّل عليّ كثيرًا التنقل والاستفادة من وقتي.

* أقدّر تعاون الفندق في توفير غرفة واحدة بشكل مبكر مقابل رسوم إضافية لمن يرغب في الراحة حتى تجهيز باقي الغرف. لكنني فضّلت الذهاب مع العائلة إلى أحد المولات والاستفادة من الوقت حتى موعد تسجيل الدخول

Cons:

* عند الوصول الساعة 14:00، لم تكن الغرف الثلاث جاهزة بالكامل، وطُلب مني استلام غرفة واحدة والانتظار حتى تجهيز الغرفتين الأخريين.
* رفضت ذلك ، وطلبت إلغاء الحجز من طرف الفندق في حال عدم توفر الغرف المحجوزة، وبعد ذلك تم تجهيز وتسليم الغرف بشكل سريع.
* إزعاج أصوات القطار كان ملحوظًا، خاصة في بعض الأوقات.
* المسبح يقع في مبنى آخر، مما يجعل الوصول إليه أقل سهولة.
* مدخل المبنى الذي يوجد فيه المسبح غير مكيّف، مما يسبب بعض عدم الراحة عند الدخول والخروج.

*عند استخدام سيارة Grab للخروج من الفندق، تم تحصيل 5,000 روبية إندونيسية كرسوم دخول للفندق، مقابل تذكرة. كان من الأفضل توضيح هذه الرسوم مسبقًا للنزلاء
* كنت أخطط للعودة والإقامة في الفندق مرة أخرى لمدة 4 أيام بعد الانتهاء من جولتي في مناطق أخرى، ولكن بعد تجربتي الأولى قررت اختيار فندق آخر.

Céntrico, buen desayuno pero personal muy lento
Pros:

La habitación era correcta, y el desayuno estaba bien.

Cons:

El personal es lento y sin ganas. Una noche cenamos en el hotel y esperamos hora y media para dos hamburguesas y dos platos de pasta.
Otro día pedimos taxi para el aeropuerto con ellos, y al ver qué pasaba más de media hora del tiempo y no nos decían nada tuvimos que pedir un grab.
Luego te dicen que tiene piscina, pero esta está ubicada en otro edificio, has de cruzar por el parking, y además tiene un horario.muy limitado, de 8 a 13h y de 15h a 17h. Cuando llegas de dar vueltas por la ciudad, ya está cerrada.

The hotel clean, fresh and excellent hospitality, i love to stay in the hotel again next time.
Pros:

The room was adorable with a unique bathroom, room decoration so beautiful and also the kids' play stuff in the corner was amazing. The meal at the restaurant was delicious, and the place was quite nice. Finally, the hotel staff was very nice and sweet. They gave my daughter a candy after we checked out.

Nothing, it's all good, by the way.

Pros:

La chambre était propre et tout à fait correcte pour un Ibis Style.

Cons:

Nous avons dû check out à 12h. Impossible d'accéder à la piscine par la suite car nous n'avions plus la carte de la chambre. Le personnel n'a pas été conciliant pour nous laisser l'accès à la piscine. En arrivant à 22h le soir, il est donc impossible de profiter des infrastructures proposées par l'hôtel, ce qui est très décevant.
