Great location and great staff
Pros:

The hotel’s location was excellent, very close to the city centre. Although there was no traditional reception desk, the customer service was excellent, and the staff—especially Sam—were very helpful and responsive.

The hotel also provided a trundle bed free of charge, which was a lovely bonus and made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

Cons:

The interior of the hotel was painted black, which made the overall atmosphere feel quite bleak and dark. However, despite this, the apartment itself was very nice, comfortable, and well maintained.

It would have been great if free parking had been included. We also initially had an issue with the washing machine in our apartment as it wasn’t working. However, the customer service team was very helpful and allocated another room with a working washing machine for us to use. This was very convenient and much appreciated.

Overall, the apartment was comfortable, and the helpful customer service made our stay more enjoyable.

You won't find anywhere better in Launceston
Pros:

Absolutely everything! Change Overnight is my go to place whenever I have to stay in Launceston. A home away from home with everything you could possibly need. Within walking distance to the CBD. Great secure parking. Exceptionally quiet. Self check in is easy and problem free.

Cons:

The fact that I only usually need to stay for one night😞

Wonderful stay and will be back!
Pros:

It was a really cool one bedroom apartment.
Very comfortable beds, gorgeous bathroom and the balcony was a bonus!
Also, it was an easy walk into town.

Pros:

The location was great and room well appointed. Loved the spaciousness of the room, comfortable bed, ability to wash and dry clothes and also the bathroom.
I also loved the concept of the hotel and its ethos.

Cons:

The entrance doorway made me feel like I might have made a mistake. There were a lot of scuffs on walls, but overall, I liked the room.

Be super handy to have individual salt and pepper sachets in with the sugar sachets for cooking up and forgetting to pack those little things. I

Spacious, Modern, comfortable. Had a question about parking and one of the managers rang me within 5 minutes of me sending my email. Great service.
