Happy to stay to donate to a good cause
Pros:

Great kitchen and eating area. Very comfortable lounge chairs. Great to have two bathrooms and undercover / garage parking. Loved the wonders donated to projects benefiting others. :)

Cons:

The bathroom lighting is extremely bad. No good for ladies wishing to do their makeup :( Was a little noisey, sound carried upstairs from other apartments entertaining till early hours of the morning but otherwise the stay was great

Modern apartment with a heart
Pros:

Modern apartment in good location. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and spacious living area with small outdoor sitting area. I like that they donate a portion of your room charge to charity.

Comfy beds, great quiet location but close to everything
Pros:

Location, quiet, comfy beds, good kitchen, spacious, good security and good not needing an actual key for room

Cons:

A few things that were not in the kitchen that would have been handy. Cobwebs and spiders in the courtyard, ac or fan not in bedrooms but on the landing outside the rooms only. Garage could be a bit difficult at times

Great place to stay, close to restaurants and cafes in central Launceston.
Pros:

Very large, comfortable clean room, with cooking and washing facilities.

The apartment-hotel rooms are huge and spacious and have great communal gathering spaces. The kitchen is also very well stocked and we got to prepare some meals there. The service staff were great and very accommodating to our needs. We are especially grateful that they helped store our luggage while we were our at Overland Track. The general space of the apartment is also great for packing/unpacking after long hikes. Highly reccomend this place to stay for pre- and post- Overland Track accomodation.

Cool vibes and Comfort
Pros:

We have stayed here a few times, in a studio this time, previously in a two bed apartment and before that a 1 bed apartment. Once you overcome the fiddling to get into the property (sun shining in day makes it very hard to see the entry lock numbers to get in) and open the gate for the garage (its tucked away behind a post) and get used to the non reception arrangement, it is a great place to stay. It has undercover parking (though you do have to pay extra for this). It is in York Street - quieter part - and within a short walk of some great little shops, cafes and restaurants. It is also uber cool - male vibes - stylishly appointed and with good bathrooms and showers and comfortable beds (huge bonus for me!). The two bed apartment especially was very spacious and light. They also have a mini bar in the rooms which was appreciated supporting local producers. We are a bit of a fan of this place as its reasonable value, especially if there are 4 of you, and we would absolutely stay again.

Cons:

The apartments are very meagrely equipped. The two bed apartment had basically 6 of everything. Being a passionate cook its a pet hate of mine! Not enough plates or mugs to warrant putting on the dishwasher, which makes having a dishwasher pointless really! Scratching around for equipment to cook with too is a bit irritating. If the apartments were more generously equipped this would be the perfect stay!

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment in a great location.
Pros:

Clean, great location & Two bathrooms

Cons:

It’s was a bit stuffy and even though we had the aircon on it didn’t seem to help.
I also woke up with a rash (maybe the sheets or what that are washing in) or bites from bedbugs.

Ideal location to access inner city Launceston..
Pros:

Full kitchen. Good open air space. Comfortable bed. Excellent location.

Cons:

Can’t comment on staff because the hotel is contactless for entry/exit.
Balcony plant needs more TLC.
More clarity around the food platter in the room. Would love to have tried it but its cost was unknown.
