Impossible to get a car in and out.
Great sized place and plenty of room for two couples! Check in was super easy.
Everything was great and the only thing I would say that could be improved was the bedroom I stayed in got hot very quickly in the morning with the sun beaming in through the curtain and hard to get air in as the window doesn't open very far.
It was really well appointed, clean, neat, modern. Well located to downtown Launceston with some decent views over the centre.

Not enough coat hangers. Some salt and pepper sachets would have been nice and perhaps some cooking oil. I also wrote and asked prior to checking in what brand of coffee machine was available. Unfortunately I told the wrong brand. Exiting the garage was not simple and the entry key pad is impossible to read when the sun is shining on it.

Great location and big room
No wardrobe or hanging area for my clothes and a little smelly - bathroom drainage - also would like to know beforehand I was given a disabled access room- dislike these bathrooms .
