We enjoyed our time here and its position in Seahouses certainly can’t be beaten.
Pros:

We particularly liked its position over looking the harbour. And the parking was very convenient.

Cons:

We did feel that some trays should have been provided at breakfast, as it was self service we seemed to do an awful lot of walking backwards and forwards to gather everything that was needed.

Great location, great room, breakfast and clean. Parking hit and miss!
Pros:

Location, restaurant on site. breakfast good choice.
Room plenty big enough - the electric fan was well used and appreciated.

Cons:

Advertised as parking available on site. First night we got to park but the other nights we had to pay and park in a public car park across the road.
We understand the spaces are limited, but it should have been mentioned in your advert.

Northumberland is a beautiful county and we thoroughly enjoyed visiting the various places .
Pros:

Breakfast and location very good.

Cons:

Did not agree with dogs being allowed in the restaurant where the carpets were. Very unhygienic. Also staff did not say anything to owners when the dogs were lying across walkway to food. Which was a safety issue. Also the area where dogs were allowed in restaurant far exceeded the dog free area.. Only 12 tables in dog free area. Why can't the dogs just be allowed on the stone floor area.. This area can be disinfected properly. I appreciate it is a dog friendly hotel but hygiene and safety comes first.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and intend to return.
Pros:

Fantastic location . Excellent pub/restaurant. Great beer garden. Brilliant staff.

Cons:

Our beds were narrow, and the bathroom had no shelves or hooks. Nowhere to put anything.

The Best thing about this hotel was the location

Cons:

The lack of any fair parking system, why not have reserved spot for a set cohort of customers. The Pub attached was really underwhelming.

Room was adequate and clean.

Cons:

Dining room/bar area poorly lit and gloomy. Not possible to order at the table - food ordered by joining often long queue at the bar. Poor level of management - e.g. cold plates for the hot food at breakfast.
