Het waren drie geweldige dagen.
Pros:

Het was allemaal geweldig, de ligging met uitzicht op de baai, het personeel, behulpzaam en heel vriendelijk, het ontbijt was fantastisch en ook het zwembad op de rooftop. Het bed was helemaal top!

Cons:

Ik vond de kamer aan de kleine kant, die had ik wat groter verwacht.

Overall, disappointed. This hotel could be so much better with some simple adjustments.
Pros:

Great location, friendly and helpful reception staff. Lovely pool and terrace area.

Cons:

1. The rooms are small, not much space -glad we had a balcony
2. Poor quality of towels -see photos
3. Breakfast was chaotic with no system. I think this is partly due to the fact that there was different staff each morning. No one was proactive and only reacted when asked. On one morning I asked for some tea on 4 occasions, when it arrived the pot was half full and cold. It had been lifted from another table that had been used!
Staff do not clear used items from your table until you have left leaving you with very little room. On one occasion I handed a waitress a used plate and knife and she handed me the used knife back to reuse! If you needed more cutlery you had to get it from another table that was set up. On one occasion a waiter (Leandro) provided excellent service - he should be in charge of staff training!

Frühstücksbüffet, Pool, freundlicher Zimmerservice, Lage ist toll

Cons:

Es gibt keine vernünftige Trennung von Toilette und Zimmer, es ist sehr „hellhörig“. Bei offener Balkontür im Erdgeschosszimmer sitzt man quasi auf der Straße, die tagsüber sehr laut ist. Belästigend sind die „Einweiser“/Bettler am zu nutzenden öffentlichen Parkplatz, meine Frau hatte etwas Angst.

Schöner Ort um von dort Madeira zu erkunden
Pros:

Schön gelegen, sehr angenehmes und entspanntes und freundliches Personal, Zimmer, Frühstück und Umgebung sind außergewöhnlich. Ein relativ intimer Ort, angenehm in der Größe.

The staff was amazing, and location was perfect. I hope we can go again.
Pros:

Everything, the location was perfect for a quieter get away than Funchal. Walking distance to restaurants, beaches, walks, etc.

Cons:

It is in a central location, so there are people near your room. Not a negative for us, but maybe for some.

Die Lage- ganz zentral in Câmara De Lobos.
Das freundliche Personal, v.a. Daniel an der Rezeption.
Die Sauberkeit
Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lecker, immer frisches Obst und jeden Tag anderes Gebäck. Super Brot!
Die Ausgangslage ist perfekt für Touren überall auf der Insel.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind relativ eng, aber da man auf der wunderschönen Insel sowieso meist draußen ist stört das nicht
