The only thing I must mention is that they use this location to scam people.
Very disappointing stay. The bathroom smelled bad and had spiders. The furniture was outdated, and several items, including the phone, were broken. There were no proper amenities. This was nowhere near a 4-star standard. When I complained, the staff said it was because I booked a standard room, which is unacceptable after paying 18,500 rupees. One of the worst places I have ever stayed.

Rooms need modern touch
Location is decent near a supermarket and shops are a 10 minute walk away. The staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast was satisfactory, chai was good. Room was large and bathroom was very clean.
The hotel is quite outdated and expensive for what it is. The AC unit was leaking. I asked for the AC to be fixed 3 times, but it never was. The mattress was an old spring mattress and you kind of sink into it, it was very soft, so try sleep in the centre if you’re alone.

Excellent staff - always ready to help even opening doors when seeing us. Breakfast service was great - far better than a marriott. overall a really good experience.
Had a few issues with wifi dropping so if this could be improved even better. But most of us have data, so usually not a big issue.
Involvement of the guest relations manager, but it should not have been necessary if the front desk manager did his job properly
Attitude of the front desk management, they do not listen to customers or their own IT staff, so wifi problems do not get resolved in a timely manner.
