I don’t recommend
Pros:

Super location, in the downtown. Everything is nearby.

Cons:

The room smells of cigarettes, there is a terrible dirty carpet on the floor, the refrigerator does not work, it is very noisy, especially if you open the window, there is no air conditioning, the towels are threadbare.

Kommen gerne bei Gelegenheit wieder
Pros:

Ein Hotel mit "good value" im Zentrum, Fußläufig zum Bahnhof und mehreren Sehenswürdigkeiten (Stadthalle, Heydt, Museum, Schwebebahn). Das Frühstück war sehr gut zu angenehmen Zeiten. Besonders hervorzuheben, dass man täglich eine Flasche Wasser aufs Zimmer bekommt und sich in der Rezeption immer frischen Kaffee zubereiten kann.
Im Zimmer gibt es auch einen Kleiderschrank, was heutzutage ja leider nicht mehr selbstverständlich ist.
Wirklich praktisch ist die "City-Card", welche frei erhältlich ist und freie Fahr mit allen Nahverkehrsmitteln erlaubt!

Cons:

Einziges Manko ist die fehlende Klimaanlage. An sich kein Problem, da sich die Fenster öffnen lassen und es ja nicht zu heiß ist der Gegend. Allerdings war in der Nachbarschaft am Freitag Party bis spät in die Nacht, was dann doch etwas störend war. Am Samstag war dann allerdings um 22 Uhr Schluss mit Party, also offenbar ein seltener "Ausrutscher"

Mitten in der Stadt
Pros:

Lage : mitten in der Fußgängerzone
Zimmer : Ausstattung gut und zweckmäßig; Frühstück : sehr gutes Büffet mit Lachs und verschiedenen Wurst- und Käsesorten.
Parkhäuser in der Nähe, Freifahrten für öffentlichen Nahverkehr im Hotel möglich.

Cons:

Es war alles in Ordnung.

Super Personal & gute Lage, aber viel zu laut und zu heiß in dieser Jahreszeit .
Pros:

Das Personal in diesem Hotel ist kompetent, sehr freundlich und aufmerksam! Das Frühstück ist facettenreich und sehr lecker - es fehlt an nichts!

Cons:

Das Hotel und die Ausstattung sind extrem in die Jahre gekommen - hier muss dringend was gemacht werden! Es war extrem warm in den Zimmern, keine Klimatisierung, und aufgrund der extremen Lautstärke von draußen - Krakeele und Gebrüll bis spät nachts und grauenhafte Musik vom 100 Meter entfernten Fitnessstudio rund um die Uhr - war es völlig unmöglich, das Fenster nachts zu öffnen. Schlafen war bei dem Lärm und der Hitze Fehlanzeige.

Personal war sehr nett!

Cons:

Hotel in der direkten Stadtmitte, war sehr sehr laut nachts. Konnten kaum schlafen wegen Lautstärke!

Perfekt gelegen, mitten in der Innenstadt, zu empfehlen
Pros:

Zimmer war okay, Aussicht gabts halt auf umliegende Dächer, Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig.....

Cons:

Wlan auf dem Zimmer war sehr schwach, der Rauchmelder war abgebaut und lag im Schrank. Auf Anfrage wurde gesagt, wird heute wieder eingestezt, ist aber bis zur Abreise nicht passiert..........

Pros:

Das Zimmer war gut eingerichtet und mitten im Zentrum. De Hauptbahnhof ist nicht weit, dito die Schwebebahn. Auch das Frühstücksbüfett war super. Ich komme gern wieder.
