Pros:

Klassische ibis budget Ausstattung. Wir hatten vom Zimmer aus den Blick auf die Europäische Zentralbank, für die Lage recht ruhig. Auch im Hotel konnte man quasi nichts hören von anderen Gästen oder Lärm im Gang, sehr familifreundlich. Ganz zentral an der Straßenbahn, U-Bahn und S-Bahn-Haltestelle, außerdem Restaurants fußläufig und auch Läden wie Rewe oder DM ganz nah. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt. Nette Mitarbeiter, kinderfreundlich.

Staff Behaviour on reception was not great . Appeared to be not willing to help, maybe it was the case with the person I was dealing with during check in

Pros:

Very clean, excellent location by the ost bahnhof. The snack bar was a nice touch.
The continental breakfast excellent as well.

Cons:

The one thing I would have really liked was to have access to english speaking tv channels, either by guide options or, pay extra for it.

Prática, confortável, bom custo-benefício.
Pros:

Boa localização com linhas de metrô, ônibus e patinetes para alugar. Acesso fácil à margem do rio e a várias atrações e estações principais. Equipe atenciosa e aberta para ajudar. Café da manhã bem servido. O quarto foi ideal para dois adultos e uma criança. Serviço de guardar malas é bastante útil também.

Cons:

Não conseguimos regular o ar condicionado e isso afetou a qualidade do sono.

Overall was good experience. Higgly recommended and will definitely book with this hotel again.
Pros:

Clean, brand new, in the centre near the tourists spots, easy checkin

Cons:

Just outside the hotel, youth are gathering and staying by the door, e-scooters are blocking the main door.
