Pros:

價格來說在上野地區相對划算,離便利商店近，附近巷弄也有特色的餐廳與居酒屋，而夜間不會吵雜。
櫃檯人員對於借東西以及寄放行李的服務態度也十分良好。

Cons:

房間略小，展開行李箱就佔滿走道。沒有除濕及空氣清淨一體的機器。上下電梯都必須在2樓櫃檯層停下來，有點花時間。

Идеальная чистота в номере. Персонал вежливый. Отель располагается в 7 минутах от станции Уено и в 10минутах от центра Акихабары. Рядом есть кафе и рестораны где можно вкусно поесть. Для фанатов аниме и электроники это место просто рай.

Pros:

게이세이 우에노 역에서 도보로 이동 가능하기때문에 스카이라이너 이용후 빠르게 숙소에 도착 할 수 있고 관광지 이동땐 jr 오카치마치역으로 가면 더 수월하게 이동할수 있었습니다. 기본으로 제공되는 물은 없지만 밖의 자판기나 편의점보다 싼 금액으로 2층 로비자판기 에서 물을 살 수 있습니다. 무엇보다 아키바가 가까워서 좋았습니다 . 두번째 이용이지만 다음번에도 도쿄에 가게 되면 또 이용할것입니다.

Cons:

2층이 로비라 숙소로 올라가거나 내려갈때 어쩔수 없이 엘레베이터가 2층에 멈추기는 한데 약간 귀찮은거 빼고는 딱히 없었습니다.
