Kasa Central West End St. Louis

The condo is very clean and quiet, the front dest lady is very nice, and the location is very convenient. There is a Wholefoods right next door, and the Forest Park is in the walkable distance.

Spent 3 nights here with my family over spring break. Kasa was very accommodating. Property was clean and well stocked. Great location with several restaurants in the neighborhood. We would stay here again the next time we're in St Louis!

Instructions on using keypad was not easily visible making entering the room a little difficult. the number they say text and they would respond with any questions did not respond at all during my stay. They were responsive before the stay. Walls could've been wiped down. The floors felt really cheap like some spots felt like i was walking on cardboard which concerned me. Also needed a block to use alarm clock/ mini speaker. It was a good central location. Whole food right downstairs. Private gated garage. Twin beds were pretty comfy but king bed sunk in the midde. Overall we did enjoy our stay. Tech support 5/10 cleanliness 9/10 location 10/10

We were there Feb 28- Mar 3rd and everything was just beautiful in our unit. Very clean and very comfortable. My family was in St Louis for a funeral and this was home away from home. Staff was super friendly and secured parking was a plus. Loved everything about this place. Oh almost forgot to mention the wholefoods store on site was so convenient. Thank you and can't wait to come back to stay again.

Great place! Very clean apartment at a great price. Whole Foods Market in the building was very convenient. Shake Shack (burgers) and First Watch (breakfast) restaurants only a couple minute walk from the building.

This stay was amazing, the apartment was very nice and clean. The hosts responded quickly and also did great updating us with any information. We recommend staying here if you want somewhere that’s in a good neighborhood, around a grocery store and good food places. This was amazing, we will be back!

Stayed a second time in a year. Most convenient location for our purpose. Be careful though, due to the nature of these types of facilities, you may get cancelled at the last minute if there’s a problem with the room. They normally don’t have an alternative room to switch rooms. Spacious with all amenities for an extended stay, with kitchen and laundry. Highly recommend and plan to come back.

Exactly as advertised!

A dream apartment ambiance (not a room!), modern design, very clean, fantastic location (Whole Foods is literally by the entrance and with their parking lot at the same place), the best part of STL (very trendy coffee shops and restaurants). One of the best experiences I ever had and in STL from all places!!

The apartment was awesome. Easy check in process. It felt like luxury living. Very spacious!! I loved the decor. Everything was provided down to the laundry detergent pods. Plus Whole Foods was just downstairs!! There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I will definitely book again!!!

This was a great apartment for our trip to St. Louis. It's right nextdoor to a grocery store and tons of restaurant options. Check in was smooth and the apartment is perfect for two people. We would stay here again.

An awesome place to stay if you are working in the area. Fully functional and stocked with all the amenities.

Great place to stay

Stayed several days while my family member was in the hospital. It was absolutely amazing. Gated parking was easy and safe. Unit was clean and had everything I needed and a few great extras like a heated towel rack in the bathroom! Loved having Whole Foods downstairs and lots of restaurants nearby. Lots of security to parking, building, and unit and instructions on all of that were clear and easy to follow. Will check out Kasa again for future needs.

Second time staying here. Highly recommend. Kasa does great job communicating. Had question on how to turn on fireplace. Kasa explained via text immediately. Whole foods so close is a major plus.

Had to travel for a surgery at St. Louis Children's Hospital, and we were very comfortable here. Very easy check in process and good communication. Room was very clean and nice. The beds were very comfortable. If I were to give any suggestions it would be that the living room needs more comfy furniture. The one tv was located in the living room, and while the couch there is cute and decorative, it isn't super comfortable and only fits 2 people. This didn't have any negative impact on our stay, just an observation. We will be traveling again for appointments and we will definitely be staying here again! I would highly recommend it to others.

Directions for check in/parking were easy to follow. Had no issues. Location is convenient with grocery and restaurants within walking distance. Forest Park is within walking distance as well. Only a 15 minute drive to get downtown.
