Pros:

Highy Professional Staff at every level , be it the Valet at entrannce the Server at Breakfast Buffet , the Reception etc . Look like very well managed as everybody is so caring , attentionate and response promptly. I did also appreciate the vast choice of food for Breakfast with pleasant people to cater for our needs in detail.

Cons:

A smoking area on each floor will be nice or at least dedicate 1 or 2 florrs for smokers

As always, Mercure GatSu has a wonderful selection of foods for the breakfast buffet with the friendliest, most accommodating and helpful staff. Every part of their service is fantastic from the staff in the lobby, check-in, F&B, room service, to check-out. I’d like to thank in particular Nabila, Manda, Audrey and Aji. Compliments as always to the head chef for ensuring our breakfasts are always authentic and have the best accompaniments of sambal.

The gym is also well stocked for all your basic needs and the pool being on the 17th floor allows for more comfort / privacy out of view from hotel guest windows (different from other hotels).

My sheets had a stain on the first night I arrived but they were quickly replaced by housekeeping. I would recommend that sheets are checked ahead of arrivals and also that the frosted glass bathroom doors and walls are wiped down as I noticed there were marks. I wiped them down myself and found they were a bit grimy.

Overall though the rooms are chic, clean and mould-free with good air conditioners, just the bathrooms need a bit more TLC.

Awesome Jakarta's skyline
Pros:

Had a great stay at Mercure Jakarta Gatot Subroto. The room was spacious, spotless, and really comfortable, with an awesome view of the city.

Big thanks to Lila at the Front Office for making check-in quick and easy. She was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel right at home.

Amazing Belated Birthday Getaway
Pros:

The location is very strategic. Near two b8g malls Kokas and Kuningan City. Room was very clean and comfortable with an amazing view of Jakarta. Staff was super friendly and accomodating. Shout out to Mbak Audrey! They prepared a birthday surprise for me and it was very sweet and thoughtful. Breakfasf was amazing and diverse. Would come back again for my next stay!

Nice stay!
Pros:

As a Platinum member, I stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and I truly appreciated the assistance from Ms. Lila who helped arrange a room facing the main road and accommodated several of my requests prior to arrival. Overall, everything was great and I will definitely come back again in the future.
