Location is beautiful

Cons:

€400 per night is heavily Overpriced for the services they offer. They were missing key things for the stay:
1) No hairdryer
2) broken heating system (they came and made a makeshift solution)
3) Poor WiFi
4) The bathroom does not even have a single shelf to place toiletries or hooks to hang towels

Ho sbagliato le date di prenotazione e il gestore ha fatto delle modifiche alle sistemazioni per darci comunque un appartamento, il tutto nel giro di 10 minuti a neanche mezz'ora dal nostro arrivo e in periodo di Eroica...direi che l'attenzione verso il cliente è più che eccezionale!
La struttura, immersa nel verde e silenziosa, è ottima sia per le coppie che per i gruppi dato che sono presenti molte aree comuni come zona barbecue e un grande salone aperto a tutti nello stabile principale con divani e calcetto.
Un servizio decisamente apprezzato è stato il riscaldamento autonomo e regolabile anche a inizio ottobre, visto che il primo giorno è stato molto freddo. In altre strutture lo devi chiedere e pagare a parte e se arrivi la sera tardi (come noi) la prima notte la passi al freddo...

Stunning pool, garden, and location — though it could use a bit more attention to comfort
Pros:

Perfect location. Perfect area. Perfect pool. This place is amazing! The garden is beautifully maintained, and the pool is perhaps the best you could wish for during a warm Tuscan summer. Enough beds around the pool. The area is nice and quiet, while large supermarkets are only a few minutes away. The air conditioning in the apartments works perfectly.

There’s also an entertainment room with table tennis and indoor games, plus plenty of easy parking spaces for the cars — conveniently out of sight, which is great. Great beds for a vacation home.

Host Mauro is always available via WhatsApp and happily helps with all sorts of questions. A lovely spot in a lovely location. We even forgot some luggage, and Mauro kindly sent it to our home afterwards — something we deeply appreciated.

Cons:

While the garden and pool area are perfectly maintained, the apartments could use some upkeep. Nothing is broken, but the age is starting to show. The kitchen is very minimally equipped — it would only take a few euros to add more glasses, plates, and utensils. It’s unclear why the owner doesn’t simply check the inventory and ensure there’s just a little more of everything. A dishwasher would also be perfect. The shower works fine and was clean, though a bit rusty, which doesn’t help. There is also the possibility to do laundry on the premises, but unfortunately, the machine and that area are quite poorly maintained.

We didn’t realize that the place is unsupervised: reception is open each day for only 2–3 hours. Basically, you’re on your own, meaning nobody is there to supervise guests or ensure that everyone follows the house rules — which could potentially lead to issues with other guests.

The outdoor furniture in front of the apartments is very basic: just a French bistro set, with no simple adjustable chairs. It’s not something you’d want to sit on every evening, which is a real disappointment for such a great facility. We even bought some cushions to add a bit of comfort, but still, it’s not something you’d want to sit on for two weeks.

The pool is heaven, with plenty of chairs, loungers, and parasols. However, three loungers and three parasols were broken. Some replacements would really help match the otherwise beautifully designed pool and garden.

Host Mauro is not the owner, and while Mauro does everything within his reach, we hope the owner decides to start some maintenance not only in the garden but also in the apartments soon, in order to keep this as the perfect spot in Tuscany. Otherwise, other places in the area will quickly catch up when it comes to attention to detail and overall quality.

Estancia estupenda para disfrutar de la Toscana
Pros:

Piscinas espectacular, vistas increíbles entre viñas, olivos y cipreses, camas, baños, amabilidad delmpeesonal… y facilidad para aparcar.

Cons:

Falta de estancia familiar para estar juntos. Si llueve no tienes zona de estar privada. Tienes un salón comunitario pero no privado.
Falta de wifi en interior.
