Comfortable, quiet, clean, excellent shower pressure, great staff & epic views of Hollywood hills.
Pros:

Loved the shower pressure, comfy bed, overall very clean and the staff were so helpful! The rooftop pool and views are priceless!

Cons:

That I arrived at 7:30am and couldn't shower anywhere before the 3pm check in, after a long haul flight this wasn't ideal, it'd be useful if they had a communal shower on the rooftop or even the downstairs restrooms.

It was a beautiful and modern property with the most comfortable beds!!

Cons:

The rooms are tiny!! No iron in the room (there is a steamer) and the hair dryer wasn’t that great.

Nice location, great restaurant service, okay facilities
Pros:

The rooftop was cute and the restaurant was good and so were the servers

Cons:

The toilet was structurally damaged and when we let the front desk know, they stated that someone would come fix it the next day but nobody did. The removable shower head also did not work, which was quite disappointing.

Ubicacion y confort de lo mejor
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, la calidez del personal también es de lo mejor.

Cons:

La regadera del baño tiene muy poca presión del agua y el lavamanos huele a drenaje cuando lo usas y se va el agua.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und liegt Fussnahe beim Hollywood Boulevard.
Das Zimmer und Bad sind geräumig und stylisch-modern eingerichtet mit grossen Fenstern.
Die Rooftopbar und Pool laden zum Verweilen ein.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist relativ teuer.
Den Strassenverkehr inkl. Feuerwehr hört man sehr gut.

Helpful and friendly staff, easy valet parking, comfortable and stylish room and hotel.
Pros:

All Staff was friendly and helpful, location was very good for what we planned for that area of the city. Breakfast was good and I like the dining area which has large windows with sunshine! I enjoyed the modern design of the hotel.

Cons:

1) Nonstop and numerous email and text reminders. Overbearing and after a while I just ignored. I wasn't sure if there was something I forgot or just informational. The urgency of the messages are misleading. I'm not sure if this is the norm for LA properties throughout LA or if this is unique to the Godfrey. In any case, it was annoying since I was on vacation. I fully realize that there are opt out options, but if you suffer from FOMO, it's going to drive customers absolutely insane. 2) I was given an interior room. I didn't realize there were interior rooms, was this mentioned when I booked through Booking.com? I would have chosen an outer room.
