Cons:

The reception give us wrong key during our check in . There is already some guest inside the room . Our room water pressure is low in the sink . My other room some guy from engineering come inside and we never asked anyone to come .

I only liked the location of the hotel — it’s very convenient to reach all the popular spots. Hollywood Walk of Fame is a 21-minute walk or a 6-minute drive. Other aspects of the hotel did not stand out.

I was very disappointed with this hotel.

A major downside is the staff — nobody at the reception was friendly, and no one greeted us at any time.

The room was catastrophically small. The room we got was not as shown in the photos and had a different view, even though I paid extra for a window view. The king-size bed, as advertised, was actually smaller.

The towels were in poor condition, dirty and stiff, and there was only one bathrobe for two adults. The bathroom light bulb was burnt out, and nobody replaced it. The windows were dirty, which ruined the enjoyment of the view.

Breakfast downstairs was unappetizing.

Would we stay here again? No. Would I recommend this hotel? No.

Decent but not and enjoyable experience

Cons:

The room was really small. Everyday the reception was completely full of people outside from the hotel and it was so loud, it was hard to get in. On the second night something in our room was “beeping”. We told the reception and someone came to change the battery of the fire alarm, after a long time of waiting. On the next day when we went to the room that sound was there again. We called the reception and we were told that there was no one at the hotel to see it. We slept all night with that beep sound. It was terrible. In addition, the people from the reception and the restaurant were not that nice, just answering what they need to answer and that’s it.

Bra läge, bra AC på rummet, skön säng, rent och fräscht.

Läget var helt OK, rummet var fint och det fanns kylskåp.

Cons:

Buffén var kall och usel, brödet torrt och inget fanns kvar en halvtimme innan stängning. Vi skulle betala 400 SEK per person vilket var ett otroligt överpris men de tog bort kostnaden efter att jag sa att vi inte ville äta där. Dagen innan tog vi från a´la carte vilket var mycket bättre!

Bordet som man kunde använda som sminkbord var dåligt och hängde för mycket ner för att ens kunna ställa ett glas på.

Två av tre kvällar var poolen och takbaren bokade för privata event så då fick vi inte vara där vilket jag tyckte var dåligt då vi betalat för ett hotell med pool.
