Прекрасный комфортный отель
Pros:

В отеле все понравилось! Хорошее расположение: до пляжа пешком минут 15, через дорогу ночной рынок, где можно попробовать местную уличную еду, купить фрукты или какие-то вещи, неподалеку небольшие магазинчики, минутах в 10-15 ходьбы рынок и крупный супермаркет.
Очень понравились завтраки: всегда есть яйца, разнообразная выпечка, фрукты-овощи, несколько вариантов горячих блюд, лапша, разные паровые булочки, каши, йогурты, кофе из кофемашины.
Номер просторный, с кухней и балконом (у нас была студия).
Есть прачечная, несколько стиральных и сушильных машин.

Cons:

В целом все замечательно, можно было бы побольше стиральных машин в прачечной, чтобы не приходилось ждать, wi-fi не всегда был быстрым.

Pros:

Понравилось практически все, номера просторные, кухня со всем необходимым, особенно для чистки фруктов - это очень удобно. Уборка ежедневно, смена белья, бельё, халаты + белоснежные. Трансфер до моря на луксовом минивэне. Завтраки обильные, есть на все вкусы. Бассейн теплый, под крышей, приятно купаться, не сгоришь. Прачечная выше всяких похвал, есть сушилка. Есть теннисный стол, СПА, сауна. Панино, для тех, кто умеет играть.

Cons:

Удалённость от моря (пешком 20 минут), но вопрос решает трансфер.

Well not the best
Pros:

It's just in front of the night market, which will allow you to explore it, however I would say this is essentially a business hotel, not a vacation hotel.

Cons:

The furniture was quite dirty, stained, with dirt. I read some reviews online that said exactly that but I was not expecting to be that much,. It feels disgusting to seat in the sofa. Additionally the reception staff, someone called Steve, they where not too friendly or humble. It seemed that again, they were not used to deal with foreigners. Also they kept making comments between two staffs, him and a girl while taking case of our booking and talking in Chinese, making us feel a bit uncomfortable, completely clueless about being at an hotel reception and customer service. Not a single work in english or any other languages other than Chinese or Russian, so be aware, take a translator device with you a good one if you don't speak chinese.

Pros:

Perfect place to stay for week with family.
The room is cleaned every day with fresh towels/bathrobes.
The garden view was great from the big balcony.
Breakfasts were delicious and dishes were renewed every day - that's great to have breakfast for all wamily members.

Cons:

Reception services communication must be supported with english speaking personel as many guests come from Central Asia and European countries.
Nobody could speak english, while application-aided translation sometimes led to wrong results.

Apartamentowiec na obrzeżach centrum Sanya
Pros:

Wielkość i wyposażenie apartamentu. Nasz apartament miał osiemdziesiąt metrów. Bardzo wygodne łóżka, bardzo dużą łazienkę z wygodnym prysznicem i wanną. Widok z hotelu jest na morze, które jest jednak oddalone o około pięćset metrów od samego hotelu. Widok na nocny targ czynny do późnych godzin nocnych jednak gwar nie przeszkadza, bo okna balkonowe są bardzo szczelne. W okolicy sklepy małe restauracyji i inne niezbędne rzeczy.

Cons:

Jak dla europejczyka monotonne śniadania. Byliśmy siedem dni. W większości potrawy lokalnej kuchni. Jednak w innych chińskich hotelach spotkaliśmy bardziej urozmaicone śniadania.
Personel nie posługuje się językiem angielskim w ogóle. Jedynie menadżer Leo jest komunikatywny.

Cons:

The breakfast offerings seemed varied, but turned out to be rather unpalatable. There was no fresh bread, everything was defrosted and cold. Dairy products were limited, with a couple of yogurts, both sweet, and a limited selection of fruit.
Everything that ran out was never restocked. The Chinese cuisine seemed more extensive, but not quite suited to European tastes.
Location is far from the beach, 20 minutes walk

Pros:

Это современный, новый технологичный отель. На кухне есть всё что нужно для жизни: ложки, вилки, ножи, тарелки посуда для готовки и еды. Для приготовления пищи имеется духовка с микроволновкой встроенный единый агрегат, в раковине стоит измельчитель, каждый день дают 3 л воды и чай четыре пакетика.

Cons:

У нас был номер на восемнадцатом этаже с видом на город, под нами была стройка и кладбище, но нам это совсем не мешало. Стройка не работала, а на кладбище мы и так все будем.

Nice and modern. We had a nice room upgrade which we appreciated.

Cons:

We visited the hotel pool twice during our stay. The first time, a staff member informed us that swimming caps were required and kindly lent us some. On our checkout day, we went for a swim again, but a different staff member told us we needed to buy caps. I spoke to reception, and the receptionist called the pool attendant to arrange a loan since we were leaving soon. However, she also told me that wearing a cap is hotel policy and that they can’t lend them every time—but that they’d make an exception this once. It felt more like a telling-off than a helpful solution. We decided not to swim after that.

Отель Oakwood Apartments Sanya очень нам понравился! А апартаменты на три спальни и большую гостиную с двумя балконами просто нереально крутые =) В них есть всё для отличного времяпрепровождения: питьевая вода, полотенца всегда чистые, фен в каждой ванной комнате, тапочки, шлёпки, халаты, чай, кофеварка, телевизоры (правда, на русском языке нет ни одного канала и подключиться к ютубу не было возможности, но можно что-то закачать на флешку и затем смотреть), номера очень просторные, виды с балконов бомбические, особенно на море. Кондиционеры работают хорошо, уборка тоже всегда проводилась своевременно. Также дают бесплатно воду на ресепшене при запросе. Очень рекомендую данный отель. Сервис на высоте!

Cons:

В апартаментах не хватает зеркала в полный рост. Шаттл до пляжа ходит только в будние дни, а пешком идти минут 20, что не всегда радовало. Хотели оплатить отель сразу при бронировании, но нам отказали, сославшись на то, что только на месте происходит оплата, в итоге курс юаня вырос, когда мы приехали. Хотя на сайте стоит оплата заранее. Но все эти минусы меркнут на фоне положительных впечатлений от теплого моря, окружающих людей, хорошего сервиса, вкусных завтраков и отпуска в целом!

Pros:

Понравилось все! От расположения, до сервиса. Отличный отель и цена волшебная! В номере очень комфортно. Уборка каждый день. По запросу посуда. Уютно, чисто, тихо. Возвращались в номер с радостью. Вечером плавали в бассейне, но там необходима шапочка. Ресторан отличный, еда разнообразная.на ресепшен помогали с вызовом такси первое время, пока не адаптировали приложение. Очень дружелюбны!
Обязательно вернемся вновь!!!

Cons:

Не хватает ершика в туалете, тряпки для стола и посуды! Но все предоставляют по запросу. Губки купили сами. На ресепшен не говорят по англ и русски., но мы общались через переводчик.
