You have to stay, stunning and the local area is just beautiful
Pros:

This was the most amazing experience, Manuela made our stay perfect. We arrived late, she had drinks and snacks. The kitchen was fully equippt, the views are stunning you are really high up so a car is essential. I would stay here again, loved the pool and service. Fabulous you have to experience it.
There is a little local shop in the square that sell amazing produce all organic. Manuela was very attentive we could message her and she would help even down to a charger! We just loved our experience

Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen
Pros:

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in der Villa Rosato und wurden in der Nebensaison sogar geupgradet und konnten somit in einem Trulli übernachten. Die Unterkunft hatte die perfekte Ausgangslage um die umliegenden Städte (Locorotondo, Monopoli, Ostuni, Alberobello …) in kurzer Fahrtzeit zu erkunden. Fußläufig von der Unterkunft gibt es sowohl eine handvoll lokaler Restaurants als auch ein Café für den morgendlichen Kaffee und lecker Gebäck. Manuela hat uns mit zahlreichen super Tipps ausgestattet und war äußerst hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft eignet sich hervorragend für einen längeren Aufenthalt und man hat alle entsprechenden Utensilien, um auch vor Ort zu kochen.

Pros:

Het is de perfecte uitvalsbasis om de steden en dorpjes eromheen te bezoeken. Je kan veilig je auto binnen de poort zetten.
Het huisje was heel schoon en het terrein ziet er verzorgd en modern uit. Dat kan je ook aan het zwembad zien.

De host Manuela is erg behulpzaam en lief. We kwamen niks tekort. Ze gaf ons veel tips voor restaurants enzovoorts. Bij vragen krijg je direct antwoord van haar. Wij komen hier weer terug in de toekomst.

Gepflegte Wohnanlage
Pros:

Die Lage ist absolut ruhig. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man zur Selbstversorgung braucht. Am Morgen aus dem Fenster auf die Blumen und Pflanzen zu schauen ist fantastisch. Ebenso das Frühstück (selbst gemacht) vor der Wohnung am Außentisch zu genießen. Der Pool ist toll. Für kühles Wetter gibt es "Glashäuser", wo man geschützt entspannen kann. Fußläufig sind Pizzeria, Imbiss, Bar, kleiner Markt usw. zu erreichen. Man kann sich wirklich entspannen. Manuela ist sehr freundlich, viele Stunden am Tag vor Ort und unaufdringlich aufmerksam. Über WhatsApp ist sie kurzfristig erreichbar (für uns eine gute Möglichkeit, da wir kein Italienisch können und Englisch nicht gut). Hinweis für die Anreise: Google Maps schlägt ab Abfahrt TARANTO von der E55 (SS16) Routen vor, die kurz sind, aber über enge, kurvenreiche Straßen führen. Das ist nicht jedermanns Sache. Wir haben immer die bequeme, einfach zu fahrende Route gewählt, die zwar länger ist, aber fast gleich schnell. Man fährt die SS172dir bis diese auf die SP2 trifft. Da ist eine Ampel!!! Bei Grün geht es die Spitzkehre nach oben. Wir empfehlen nicht die Viale Vecchio del Canale (kurz vorher) zu nehmen. Unten ist die Straße gut, wird dann enger und oben muss man am Stoppschild am Hang anhalten-nicht schön.

Cons:

In der Nähe von Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle gibt es nur eine Steckdose-man kann also nicht alle 3 gleichzeitig benutzen. Durch die Trulli-Bauweise kommt in einigen Räumen kaum Tageslicht (recht düster). Zwischen Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer ist eine Stufe- man muss nachts aufpassen.

Eleganza, tranquillità e ospitalità al top

Abbiamo soggiornato da Manuela e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La struttura è molto tranquilla, elegante e accogliente, proprio come lei: una persona gentile, premurosa e sempre disponibile. La posizione è ottima per visitare i paesini nei dintorni e anche per raggiungere facilmente il mare. Tutto perfetto, un soggiorno davvero piacevole. Consigliatissimo!
