Kasa Forest Park St. Louis

Great apartment in a convenient central West end location on STL! Cleandpacious, even a washer dryer in the unit which came in handy to dry off wet clothes.

Extremely surprised at how nice the space was. Very grateful because other places seemed to be on the tougher side from the comments. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

Great space close to WashU campus where I was visiting my student. Secure location. Easy parking. Spacious and well appointed room. Highly recommend!

Loud stomping boots above us at 3:30 am followed by loud dog barking at 4:00 am for forty five minutes. Couldn’t handle it anymore and left. Hate going to work with half nights sleep.
Kasa wanted us to stay a second night to confirm the possibility of more pain. ( we wanted our money back) I could not do that to myself and decided they were numb. We had lost our apartment next door for a couple days because the HVAC and water heater were not working. This seemed like a great set -right next door.

The property was gorgeous itself but when we walked in, I’m assuming previous guests had cooked bacon so the whole place smelled like bacon grease. The door only has the one lock but doesn’t lock on the bottom which didn’t make it feel too secure. Overall the property was nice and it was secure with entry and garage. The walls in the room are thin so we could hear around us and even outside people talking which was surprising considering we were located on the 6th floor. The bathroom was great but the floor of the shower feels like it’s about to cave in. Overall I was happy with being able to talk to someone about the license plate and was highly appreciated, the area was okay and did feel secure with all the measurements in place.

We really enjoyed our 5 night stay. Our apartment was very comfortable and it was very quiet. Loved all of the kitchen appliances, plus the washer and dryer. We only had two small carry-ons, so it was great to be able to wash things(plus they had laundry pods, dishwasher pods, and soaps). Would easily stay here again. Plus Mack's across the street was a real gem!

It was pretty good besides the virtual kiosk being finnicky sometimes at the door, just be aware of that.

Unit was clean and had all necessary utensils. Check in and out was terrible I will never do virtual check in and out again

I’ve stayed at Kasa properties in other cities and always enjoy the homey feel of them. This property had some repairs in progress (a ceiling leak near the gym, for example) but was generally in good condition. The building is new construction and fits well in the neighborhood of historic structures. It was located in a super walkable area near Forest Park and the Metro station, with a handful of coffee shops, bars, and other small stores within a few blocks.

A bit of a gnat problem but otherwise, my stay was great!

Great property and a really cool vibe in this part of the city.

The apartment was amazing! The outdoor patio near the club house was messy and i was nervous to use the hot tub. I was disappointed because i really wanted a use the outdoors space. But otherwise it was great!

To start, the reservation process was very unclear. Instructions were vague to the point I could not find the page to complete any process requested. Check in again was almost impossible, It took us a half hour get inside the front door after we found the building. Nothing said Kasa on the building. At checkout I was asked to login to my Kasa account but there was absolutely no place to do that.
