Price for the location. Convenience is the only reason we stay in this hotel. I would find a cheaper hotel hands down if it wasn't for the convenience for what we need.
It truly was the worst experience we have probably ever had with a hotel. They do not allow you to eat outside food in their lobby- despite of course not telling you this in your check-in information or anything anywhere for you to know this. And, they will kick you out and tell you to eat in your room.... where they don't provide a table or anywhere for a family to sit aside from your beds, mind you. Our room had a total one chair at the desk, and one highback arm chair, for our family of 4 to sit at to eat. There is zero opportunity to sit with other families/friends to eat and hang out (which is the entire reason we stayed there for the weekend in the first place) unless you eat at their bar/restaurant. Can you imagine cramming 2 families into one room so they could eat together? We did eat their [paid] breakfast buffet that morning, so it isn't like we had not given them any business. We've never experienced a hotel more unsupportive of outside food. Provide us places to sit that are away from your dining areas and accommodate your policy.
The following morning, they kicked us out of the pool because he was told he needed to clean it. Mind you, we were within posted open swim hours and there was no sign or any notice posted at the doors it was/would be closing. My son was in the water already when he came in. Why are you not cleaning during the closed hours and instead kicking guests out of your ammenity?! Honestly, it blows my mind by the lack of good customer service this place had. Never mind that my husband punctured his foot on a pool grate in the floor of the pool and our room keys quit working twice.
Staff very helpful
Very noisy
Close to the fights by skywalk
Hotel bar closed to early, our entire group, 10 of us planned on drinking there after the fights, but it was closing when we got there.
Location was convenient
We paid $50/room for 2 rooms to check in early and we weren’t accommodated and we can’t get a refund from booking
Walking distance to concert.
Walked into the room to find the window with no screen open. Figured out that night that it was probably because the HVAC wasn’t working. Bartender working was very absorbed with her friends at the bar and couldn’t spare much time to wait on us. Never brought the bill for the 2 beers we had. Was rude to a couple that wandered up after she had yelled last call.
Location was perfect for where we were going.
They didn't care what we asked as guests. Our room was 82 degrees when we got there. We were told it would be fixed while we were out of the room. They did not do anything except crack open a window and turned the unit to OFF. It never cooled down lower than 78 degrees and for a woman in menopause that's not okay.
It was clean and perfect location
The 2 rooms I had, the heat would not go under 80 degrees. It was so hot in them both. One was worse than the other
The interior design and modern touch.
We had some issues with our hotel keys at first, that was solved. Our tv lagged extremely bad to the point we had to just find a channel and pick it. Otherwise nothing too crazy
The room layout was nice.
Stains on the couch, bedding, and end tables.
I like the pillows and the bed was nice in a king suite with partial view of the west facing missippi. I was doing a thing at the Frigge and so very convenient.
Saturday night was a little insane with the motor traffic on the street i was on. Seemed like an annoying loop of people trying to impress each other with how great their engines sounded internet was was bit lacking. Speed to slow for my work from their so usually went out to do my internet needs
Parking garage was difficult entering info, credit card
It was very clean.
The beds were kinda hard.
