Decent. Needed just for sleep and that was just what we got

Cons:

Originally overcharged me for my stay by almost $200, but once it was brought to their attention, it was taken care of properly and I was refunded that money. Couldn’t get into the back entrance at night and rang the doorbell to be let in multiple times and was never let in, so my friend and I had to walk all the way around the property to get into the hotel and staff told me that they even heard the doorbell go off, they just didn’t manage to even let us in.

Very close to the venue we were traveling for. Very clean and comfortable.

It was okay but very disappointed in the availability of the room that I booked.

I booked a room specifically with a tub which wasn’t ready by 4pm when I arrived. I waited for it to get cleaned which it never did. Gave me an another room but I specifically booked a room with a tub that I didn’t get.

Pros:

Check in was easy even though their computer system was down. They were friendly and knowledgeable, making the process quick and easy. The room was quite nice and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom floor really needed to be cleaned. But this was my only complaint.

When I checked in they gave me a room key, when I got to the room there was someone else stuff in the room. It was awkward.

I didn’t take pictures in the hotel
Pros:

When I booked thru booking.com I asked for adjoining rooms 4 corners in the hotel and my 3 rooms were in opposite corners. Requested cribs not there

Cons:

Run down everything going on outside could be heard in my room no sound proofing. Vinyl flooring was gross
