Brief thankfully
Pros:

I liked the parking behind the building. And the lobby was really pretty

Cons:

When we got to the room. We opened the door to a big cleaning cart and a smaller cart. We moved it out of the room. I believe that the room was only half cleaned due to the bathroom being dirty. We went left the room and hour later the cleaning cart wS still sitting out in the hallway

Pros:

I liked the warm cookies they gave us after checking in.

Cons:

Staff were very unfriendly. In the morning we weren't sure what the breakfast situation was so we went to the front desk to ask. He was on a phone call which okay, but after 10 minutes he never once acknowledged us, so we eventually saw another staff member and asked about breakfast. We decided to leave and get breakfast elsewhere so we went to the room and gathered our things. On the way out of the hotel I dropped the key off right in front of that front desk employee and he was finally done with his phone call. He never once acknowledged me or asked if I had recieved help. It was very off-putting. Also I do not like that you have to pay to park and none of our bed outlets or plug ins were working.

Guy at front desk by himself, took about 15 minutes to check in, even though I was 45 minutes past check in time

Very nice and convenient location but phone didn’t work and AC was leaking water.
Pros:

Very nice location and clean lobby and friendly staff.

Cons:

Our phone didn’t work so we weren’t able to contact the front desk. Our remote was missing. Our AC unit was leaking so it cause the floor by the door to have a puddle the whole time.

Cons:

Nobody told us about the noise from the goods trains passing by our window every hour sounding their horns until 6am which kept us awake most of the night

Pros:

The breakfast was amazing. Really enjoyed the breakfast potatoes.

Cons:

I paid $10 for parking but when I came back after the concert there was no spots available. Either they sold more passes then spots or not everyone paid.

Staff was great, room was far less.
Pros:

The staff was helpful and great.location was close to my kids school.

Cons:

Moldy ceilings and wall? Wall trim laying on the floor, usb ports that didnt work, most of my lights flickered, dirty shower, and toilet lid was not secure.... for 184 last minute stay I expected allot better of a room.
