The staff was great. The room was clean and decent. We were looking for a dog-friendly place to get some sleep while passing through and it filled the bill very well.

The price was great n the continental breakfast was above average an the beds were comfortable!

The bathroom was dirty the tub n shower walls had hair on them an when my granddaughter went to use the bathroom the lid of the toilet seat fell off when she went to open the lid to use it,the floor was dirty an had not been vacuumed. The window was covered in mold an has water running off the glass...there's no ventilation whatsoever unless you open the window down because the air conditioner was un plugged an there was no outlet anywhere close to plug it into! When we asked for a fan we were told they were fresh out n WE would have to walk over to the next door hotel that was also owned by the same one we were in an get one...the refrigerator was full of water which poured out onto the floor as we opened it,had to go get towels an clean up the mess! The pool for some reason had sand all over the bottom close to the stairs like dunes! The hot tub jets weren't working properly in the hot tub an the sauna took 45 min to heat up...we asked where the vending machine was for snacks n drinks an were told it was broke so no drinks or snacks 😒

Great place, clean, friendly and comfortable.
Pros:

Friendly check in, clean room. Fantastic price. Breakfast has hot oatmeal, waffles, egg burritos, toast, fresh fruit, coffee, pastry, boiled eggs, bagels, English muffins, cereal and juice. What else would you need. This is our second visit while traveling across the US. Both times we were NOT disappointed. There are several restaurants nearby. But next door was Hudson's, good food, great prices, and so convenient.

Dirty room, non-functioning equipment, attempts to charge me more, incorrect room assignment.

The rooms are large.

Cons:

The outside is filthy-there’s trash literally everywhere. Inside the room there were bottle caps, hair ties, hair, visible dirt on the floors, bathroom, and shower. The fridge didn’t work-but there was someone’s old chick fil a in the freezer. There’s s tray under the freezer that you pull out to clean and it was-disgusting. It had water, slime, and mold growing in it. The lamp in the room flickered a few times and then died and never turned back on. The hot tub was lukewarm.

Upon booking, I informed staff I had a service dog and his primary medical function. Upon arrival at the facility, I informed them again. When we got to our room, we found out it was a king bed room when we had booked a double queen. I went to have it fixed and he insisted that we had only booked a king until I showed him my booking confirmation. He then switched it to a different room. The following morning I went on the booking app and found out they were trying to charge a $30 pet fee. I again informed them (time number 3) that he is a service dog and they stated they would not charge for him.

All in all-kind of gross and weird.

My main place to stay in Marquette.
Pros:

I always stay here when I need to overnight in Marquette. The staff are always very nice, I like the pool when I use it, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the parking is convenient, and it's in a convenient location.

I would stay there again!
Pros:

Very conformtable and pleasent staff.

Cons:

At one point both hot tubs were broken down, which was disappointing. But it happens, so I suspect is not something that happens a lot.

Wonderful place to stay!
Pros:

Beautiful location with an adult spa area. Wonderful staff. Very convenient, being close to areas to eat. Rooms are clean and accessible. Great price for the room too! All around a great experience. I highly recommend.
