Dirty room, non-functioning equipment, attempts to charge me more, incorrect room assignment.

The rooms are large.

The outside is filthy-there’s trash literally everywhere. Inside the room there were bottle caps, hair ties, hair, visible dirt on the floors, bathroom, and shower. The fridge didn’t work-but there was someone’s old chick fil a in the freezer. There’s s tray under the freezer that you pull out to clean and it was-disgusting. It had water, slime, and mold growing in it. The lamp in the room flickered a few times and then died and never turned back on. The hot tub was lukewarm.

Upon booking, I informed staff I had a service dog and his primary medical function. Upon arrival at the facility, I informed them again. When we got to our room, we found out it was a king bed room when we had booked a double queen. I went to have it fixed and he insisted that we had only booked a king until I showed him my booking confirmation. He then switched it to a different room. The following morning I went on the booking app and found out they were trying to charge a $30 pet fee. I again informed them (time number 3) that he is a service dog and they stated they would not charge for him.

All in all-kind of gross and weird.

Pros:

Everything was wonderful. The staff was helpful and kind. The pool and hot tub area was very relaxing and clean, along with the rooms also being clean and spacious.

My main place to stay in Marquette.
Pros:

I always stay here when I need to overnight in Marquette. The staff are always very nice, I like the pool when I use it, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the parking is convenient, and it's in a convenient location.

I would stay there again!
Pros:

Very conformtable and pleasent staff.

Cons:

At one point both hot tubs were broken down, which was disappointing. But it happens, so I suspect is not something that happens a lot.

Wonderful place to stay!
Pros:

Beautiful location with an adult spa area. Wonderful staff. Very convenient, being close to areas to eat. Rooms are clean and accessible. Great price for the room too! All around a great experience. I highly recommend.

Great location, decent property, look elsewhere
Pros:

Good location and friendly staff. The adult hot tub in the back was enjoyable.

Cons:

Broken children’s hot tub not told ahead of time, hairy towels and dirty room. Uncomfortable beds

Pros:

The location is perfect for my needs in Marquette. I have stayed here several times.

Cons:

I need to be gluten free. Perhaps a few gluten free breakfast options would make the stay even more pleasant.

Will be back
Pros:

Well the parking with a truck and trailer was a breeze, adults only hot tub, hot tub open until midnight also, the staff was very accommodating. They actually called to let me know that I left my swimtrunks behind and offered to ship them to me !

Nice Marquette visit to see our niece. Clean hotel!
Pros:

5/5 !! Second stay here. Last stay was Oct 2024. Back again. Clean. Well kept. Nice! I am skeptical about most Days Inn hotels but not this one - super clean. Nice front desk gal.
