Pros:

Окна в пол, площадь номера, место изумительное, лучше в городе, виды, очень милый парк, есть пляж, дорожка 2К для пробежки. Завтрак без изысков, но есть кофе машина и зал ресторана с балконом, для меня по опыту определенно лучшее место в этом городе, при условии, что 20 минут на машине до центра вас не смущают
