Merkezi ve uygun fiyatlı konaklama
Pros:

Oda büyüklüğü, dekorasyonu, yatak konforu, banyo, genel temizlik iyiydi. İnternet kaldığım süre boyunca neredeyse hiç çalışmadı, odanın ses izolasyonu yoktu, sokaktaki ve koridordaki her ses geliyordu. Bunları sorun etmezseniz rahatlıkla konaklayabilirsiniz.

Yalnizca tek gun kaldigimiz bu otelden konumu ve temizligi sebebiyle oldukca memnun kaldik. Yalnizca arabayla gelecek kisilere icin otelin oldugu sokaga gun icerisinde 11:00-16:00 saatleri arasinda arac girisinin olmadigini hesaplamalarini oneririm. Cok esyaniz yoksa bu durumda bile 7dk yuruyus mesafesinde araciniza yer bulabilirsiniz.

The room is very basic, and the bed is quite uncomfortable—you can easily feel the springs when lying down.

Unfortunately, the room faces the courtyard, which is extremely noisy (people watching TV or YouTube without headphones) . Even with the windows and door closed, the noise comes through easily, especially since there are gaps around the door. As a result, it’s difficult to get any real rest.

First, the reception felt completely improvised: the entrance is directly inside the breakfast area, which already gave an unprofessional impression. The place was poorly maintained and not clean. Towels were dried in an unsanitary environment where many had fallen to the ground and were never retrieved.

The staff were unhelpful, rigid, and showed a hostile attitude. Communication was almost impossible since no one spoke English, and we had to rely on Google Translate for even the simplest requests. This made our stay unnecessarily stressful.

The room itself was in very bad condition: poorly maintained furniture, sheets that were not ironed, and an overall neglected appearance. It did not feel comfortable or welcoming in any way.

One of the most disappointing experiences happened on the morning of our departure. We had to leave at 8:30, which meant we could not have breakfast. In most hotels, staff usually prepare a breakfast box or provide at least something small to take away. Here, the answer was a firm “no.” Even when we explained that my daughter is celiac and the only gluten-free food available was Nutella, they refused to provide it.
Finally, the photos on the hotel’s website are very misleading. They only highlight a few corners and do not represent the reality of the structure at all. Had we known the true condition of the hotel, we would never have chosen it.
Unfortunately, since we were traveling as a group and only passing through Alacati, we had no choice but to stay here. However, I can honestly say this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, both in terms of the facilities and the hospitality of the staff.
