Pros:

Very clean and the gift bag was a nice touch. The staff was great. The restaurant list with times and numbers made finding dinner easy. The room was clean and a/c was cold. The hotel seemed to be extremely clean on the inside. The original room doors and the brick on the inside were cool.

Cons:

Its an old hotel. That doesn't make it bad, but it needs to have some renovations. The only real complaints I would have are this: The room had that smell of a smoker. Carpet replacement would really help freshen things up along with new curtains.. A second ice machine would be cool.

So bad we drove three more hours down the freeway and stayed somewhere else

It was a stop on an 12 hour driver

Cons:

We checked out without staying. The previous guests had not ( refused) to check out. The place was a mess and what was offered did not what we had reserved. The girl at the desk said she’d give a full credit but it was up to booking.com

It was super hot that day and we liked the air conditioned room and ice cream without leaving the building .

Everything else! Check in is at 3, we arrived at 330 and room wasn't ready. I requested a ground floor, handicap accessible because I use a walker. Room was not handicap accessible and was at the end of a very long hall! I stopped to use the bathroom in the lobby and nearly died. The floor was wet and there were no signs indicating that is was wet. The beds are hard. The pillows are hard. The beds are on wheels and went sliding. The front desk lady was rude and annoyed that we had a dog, even though I sent a message saying we were traveling with a small dog. The fee for the dog is outrageous @ $40! Seriously... stay somewhere else.
