Beautiful location and nice hotel!
It’s a bit far from the Kirkland waterfront.
I absolutely loved this place!!! On the lake with paddle board and jetski rentals right by the hotel, a few high end very delicious restaurants, spa/salon, and nice/clean rooms!! The views on the lake are spectacular inside and outside the hotel. Went on a walk to the hills by the hotel and I was in awe of the views in Kirkland; some of my favorite I’ve ever seen. They also have free snacks in the lobby pantry from 10pm-12am every night snd welcome champagne when I arrived. BUT THE BEST PART IS THE STAFF!!! They are amazing, helpful, and friendly. I think they were the best staff I’ve ever had at a hotel and if I ever come back to Kirkland I won’t think twice about staying here again, because of them. Thank you for such a hospitable experience!!
Excellent hotel and location on the Lake, furniture was a little tired in spots but rooms are nice overall. Restaurants onsite were all good and free coffee across the street.
We also recommend Rock Creek and Anthonys for happy hour
Exelent !!!
What a fantastic stay! This hotel is a true gem, in every way. The area is lively with dining and activities, but isn’t busy or congested. The location on Lake Washington is simply dreamy…with views over the deep blue water, to the green hills, to the white capped mountains in the distance - just stellar.
My guest room was facing the lake, with a comfortable balcony, perfect for watching the sunset, as well as sipping a morning cup of coffee over the calmly lapping water.
The room was very spacious, the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom gave me plenty of room to spread out.
Another highlight was the team working at the hotel - so warm, so professional and beyond welcoming. Anyone I encountered was all smiles and made sure to stop and say hello. I can’t wait to return for another great stay!
This hotel is mid. Staff couldn't care less. The amenities are meh. The only highlight is its proximity to good restaurants and lake washington.
The view of the water, but you look over a plaza that has a white plastic event tent in and, therefore, distracting from the view.
Loud event music and conversation at fire pits into the night. Emphasis here is on events (the wedding was more impacting), not guests stay. There is no restaurant or bar in the hotel (but are a short walk away), no valet parking, or luggage assistance. The staff were fine but seem generally distracted; I think that is the focus on event activities. They can charge the high rates because there is no other waterfront hotel in Kirkland.
I love the views and how relaxed I feel staying in the gracious rooms!
I just wish the gym had windows but it is a well equipped gym!
Well located. Nice room. Bathrooms need renovations. Quiet. Amenities are lacking. No place to get an afternoon glass of wine. No place to have breakfast. Except for delivery from nearby restaurant. No valet to park car. $25 to self park. No bellman. Told they had distilled water. Then no they didn’t. Told I could walk 15 mins to buy it. Next morning…sorry…yes we have it. Too late. This used to be a high end hotel. It has slipped…a lot. What is going on? Not cheap.
