Pros:

流石三井ガーデンホテルです
設えにセンス溢れ部屋も余裕が有りました

Cons:

然し、隣のホテルの部屋が近すぎ　窓も開ける事が出来ずショックでした。
ゆとりを感じる事が出来ませんでした

Good hotel - great location.
Pros:

Located in the heart of Ginza. Clean, functional. staff v helpful to store our luggage when we arrived before 3pm. Won’t talk about breakfast as in rush to leave and didn’t really try it. Haneda 25 mins in taxi at 9:30 on a Friday (just waiting outside in the Road). Tea, coffee, kettle and ironing board.

Cons:

In Tokyo once you get beyond “location” it’s all about the room size. The room was small for two - one side of the double bed had no access( (against wall)) or table or light. Was great for a single man on a business trip. Shower in bath with curtain a bit “dated” but all lovely and clean. To make a long story…. Great location - when making hotel comparisons study the room. Was only there one night.

Generally ok but not worth the money.

It is not a 5-star level hotel. Maybe a 3-star is more appropriate. Misleading on the star level.
Bed is too soft, my back hurts at night and wake up in the morning.

Muy buena instalación, y muy desagradable el gesto con el paquete olvidado

todo estuvo estuvo bien, confortable y ambiente agradable

Cons:

No me gustó quer me olvidé un bolso de remedios en un cajón. Ese mismo día llamé para pedir que me lo giuarden para retirarlo ni bien volviera del crucero y me dijeron que no lo tenía porque lo habían tirado. Para mi eran muy improtantes.

Ok, but most probably I would have picked 2 beds if I knew is such a small bed.

The bed size was 140cm for 2 people and against the wall, which makes it very hard to use. In a similar Mitsui hotel we had much better bed size for a smaller price. I think this should mentioned instead of m2 of the room.
