Pros:

The room was comfortable and the hotel had most of the amenities you could need for your stay. The room was clean and spacious enough to lay my luggage down without it being in my way. The bed was comfortable. The staff were also very accommodating. The location of the hotel was also very convenient; a subway line was nearby as were numerous restaurants and shops. The onsen was also very nice and a great perk.

Cons:

I could hear hallway noise sometimes but it was intermittent. My room was very dark and the view was of the wall of the neighboring hotel, so I had my curtains drawn for my entire stay.

Best Japan trip ever because of this hotel!
Pros:

I loved how close everything was! There was so many easy accesses to convenience stores and the Ginza Don Quijote. Check in was a breeze and the staff were all amazing and helpful! I felt so welcomed and taken cared of! I 100% recommend this hotel if you are visiting Japan for the first time and want a place that isn’t over stimulating and close to everything, including the Higashi station 1 minute away! So much good shopping and access to all the places you need via walking or subway close by!

Terrific stay overall
Pros:

Very spacious rooms for Tokyo. We were impressed with the layout of the room as well. Everything was neat, comfortable, and staff were absolutely lovely. The public onsen was a nice amenity to have and come back to after long walking days. We will definitely return when we come back to Tokyo next time

Cons:

Quite pricy and more so than in previous years as we've heard from friends.

Overall a pretty pleasant & enjoyable stay with the family and will certainly consider returning.
Pros:

Location is good with close proximity & accessibility to transportation, F&B as well as shopping belt. Hotel esp room well maintained and clean offering good comfort for stay. Bed was comfortable so that is a plus.

Cons:

1. Maybe a Nespresso machine with coffee to better cater to international travellers (on top of the UCC drip coffee which are also nice)
2. A small take-away cafe/counter at hotel lobby to allow guests to buy a coffee/drink with simple pastries in the morning & through the day.

Easy accessibility to the train network, lots of shops, eating places and convenient stores like Lawson, 7-Eleven around the area.

Cons:

A little inconvenient for unloading and loading of luggage when boarding transport in front of hotel due to a metal barrier. Will be good to open up a small path to access the road where vehicles are parked for quick loading and unloading. The self-check in process did not work well especially if booking was done through an agent platform like Booking Dot.com as it does not recognise the Booking confirmation number on the Reservation website but staff was helpful through the message platform to try and assist but still an issue for last step on payment as difficult to understand how to make the payment on line through Hotel website or App. Best to do in person check in when you arrive to avoid frustrating yourself.

Nice location. Will stay again.
Pros:

The hotel is located in the Ginza area, a short walk to Ginza 6 and all the shopping areas in Ginza. Train station exit is just a short hop away which was very useful when the wind was cold outside. It is a convenient and quiet location without the crazy crowds of Shibuya or Harajuku areas. We felt safe walking around the area even late at night.

There are plenty of food choices around the hotel. We had yakitori, shabu shabu, sushi omakase and more.

The hotel breakfast was awesome. If you are a breakfast person, you won't want to miss it.

The staff were friendly and tried their best to help us in everyway, like going out to the street to call a taxi for us, answering our questions on airport taxi fares, late checkouts and such.

The room was clean and comfortable but small (as with most city hotels).

Overall, it is value for the price and I will stay there again.

Cons:

The double bed is pushed up against the wall on one side. The bathroom design is quite basic but it comes with a tub. There's no view to speak of. The thermostat in the room kept turning the fan of the a/c off even though we just wanted it on so that the room won't feel stuffy.
