Hotel The Jeevens

Hotel with good rooms and round the clock staff available but they will not provide you round the clock hot water.
As they will misguide you about availability of hot water.
They will enforce their own availability of hot water time which they will not tell you once you check inn.
A big issue which they don't want to solve deliberately
Plus they will not give you key of your room instead you will have to ask them always to come and open the room
If you are with your family or on business trrip in winter one will suffer and keep on waiting for hot water to come but they will not pay any heed to this.

This hotel have to re-renovations

bath rooms very old and worn out.
many areas to impove in the hotel for a 4 star .

The rooms are dirty and there were big rats seen running around. They moved me to a different room and there I again seen a rat.
In the morning they did not reduce the price and charged the full price. They did not give any compensation at all for the poor service. Staff were very rude.

A 5 star dump. Rats running wild. Dated poor furniture, A 1 star posing as a 3 star. Staff un-proffesional. I have travelled widely but this is the worst hotel I have had the misfortune to stay in.

Many items on menus not available, no can drinks.
Although this is still best in town

One of the worst hotel that i ever visited. Staf behavior even the managment is extremly roud and the quality of the food is extremly low. Fish was refried. Sheets are extremly dirty . Wasted my money here. Extremly disapointed

Worst hotel i have ever seen i am traumatised. Mice/rats everywhere, staff are useless. Room service bad nothing works properly staff think its funny and to top it all they charged us full amount despite complaining about rats and all our problems with elderly and young children sleeping. They also stole our footwear leaving us to have no option but to use their flipflops to travel!

Most unhygienic place i have ever visited!! I would highly advice no one wastes their time and money on this place. I stayed here with my elderly grandparents and little kids. We spotted rats in our bedroom !! We changed rooms numerous times however there was a rat in every single one. The service was disgraceful, they demanded we pay the full amount which is ridiculous. That was the worst hotel visit i have ever had. Not worth a penny!!

Don't stay here! Filthy hotel with rats, don't be fooled with pictures. Got changed into 3 different rooms, all had rats on top floors!! Disgusting , unhygienic, filthy! Not worth even one star!
Room service was crap! Couldn't speak or understand English!!! Rather stay in darnell hotel

If I could give 0 to this place, I would have. Needs to be shut down. Room had mice/rats in them, moved to 2nd room, there too. Moved to third room, rats there too. Staff were rude and unhelpful and even expected us to pay in full for such poor standards. DO NOT STAY AVOID!!!!

Rats found in every room. Absolutely horrible. Poor service. Rude workers. Forced us to pay full price even tho the whole experience was terrible. No sleep at all. Asked for tea and came one hour later. AC was very old and took hours to cool the room down. This man in the picture was said to be the person In the hotel who is basically one of the managers. He was very rude and insisted on us paying full price. Wouldn't acknowledge what we were saying and was just acting like nothing was wrong. No matter what DONT STAY HERE. I wouldn't even give it one star

First of all they gave us bad room bathroom was very smelly we couldn’t use the bathroom at all secondly room service was terrible when we request something useably they took 1 and half 2 hours to complete over request or ordered. Disappointed this is first time and last time I’m stayed in this hotel

Bathrooms had good toiletries and proper water drainage, which was such a relief after being at a different hotel. Also, was not lumped with a smaller sized room. Instead was offered a free upgrade, which I gladly accepted. If you want omelette for breakfast or tea, just let the waiter know, he will bring you one. Overall, Happy with the stay. 😁

Stayed here for a week to attend a wedding (I'm from UK) it's not 5 star needs money spending on it to be that. Decor shabby chipped tiles had to ask for new pillows as all four were stained with other people's sweat. It is quiet so slept well
. Breakfast well don't even ask terrible lack of basic items you would expe t for breakfast toaster so old only one side worked and then that took forever to toast

Located on main road and easily accessible. It has enough parking area.Restaurant - Food quality is good. However, for ambiance it requires reasonable maintenance. Overall brown theme with lack of brightness giving a sick atmosphere.

I checked in this hotel yesterday this is a nice place. i sleep well and enjoy a lot. room service was also good. staff was courteous and helpful. i can't visit because i was tired. I decide to choose again and visit Hotel the jeevens.

Average place . Rooms were not properly clean and not well maintained. Although staff was very courteous and helpful . Room service ok food quality n quantity above average. Beside this place not much option available in Sialkot

Nice and friendly hotel with helpful staff but could do with a bit of an upgrade .. The decor looks a tired and could do with an upgrade .. we only stayed for one night . We were chauffeured by the hotel back to the hotel which for its worth is good value for money. And the food is pretty decent too.
