Pros:

Ligging van hotel was goed. Ontbijt ook uitgebreid en lekker.

Cons:

We hadden een Deluxe kamer. Helaas was badkamer erg verouderd. Scheur in tegel (lag er zelfs half uit) van bad waardoor na elke douche beurt de vloer erg nat was. Daarnaast waren de voegen van de badkamertegels zwart, leek wel op schimmel. Hygiëne badkamer was dus echt niet okay.

Im Frühstückraum ist es laut wie in einer Bahnhofshalle
Cons:

Meine seitens booking.com bestätigte Reservierung war bei meiner Ankunft im Hotel nicht registriert. Nach einer 30-minütigen Recherche wurden meine Reservierungsdaten händisch eingegeben. Vorher wurde ich gefragt, ob ich die Reservierung nicht stornieren könnte.

Schöne Lage im Grüngürtel von Köln und in Lindenthal
Pros:

Personal war sehr freundlich. Design im Eingangsbereich und Restaurant, sowie Lage am See. Restaurant sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Zimmereinrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Durch moderne Bilder allerdings etwas verbessert. Zimmer zur Dürener Straße leider laut. Man kann nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen, da meist in den sehr frühen Morgenstunden Anlieferungen erfolgen.

Good experience overall. Would stay here again.
Pros:

We really appreciated that the hotel was easy to find and had parking. Although the room was simple, it was comfortable. And the beautiful park surroundings in the hotel's backyard felt like a breath of fresh air compared to the busy and congested dowtown Cologne. We found a nice pizza restaurant within walking distance, then took a nice walk through the park on the way back to the hotel. Breakfast was very good with lots of options.

Cons:

My husband ordered a 'Long Island Iced Tea' from the bar and was disappointed. But, my drink was okay.
