Pros:

Lage am See und Park, viel Natur in Köln

Cons:

Bad mit Badewanne ist aus der Mode, eine gute Dusche wäre heute Standard. Teppichboden im Zimmer ist heute auch out. Der Flur wird laut Aushang renoviert. Getränke fand ich überteuert.

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Für eine Nacht o.k.. Fahrradraum fehlt.

Die Zimmergröße war sehr gut. In den Betten hat man gut geschlafen. Ruhige Lage

Cons:

Eine Übernachtung für über 200€ ist zuviel. Die Verkehrsanbindung in die Innenstadt ist grundsätzlich o.k. , wenn die Tram bzw. Busse fahren. Eine absperrbarer Fahrradraum mit Lademöglichkeit wäre wünschenswert. Man hätte die Bikes dann nicht in einen kleinen Raum sperren müssen.

Localização excelente e em lugar muito lindo e agradável. Praticamente dentro de um lindo parque a beira de um lindo lago.

Gute Lage zum Stadion. Ausreichende Parkmöglichkeiten. Restaurant durchgehend geöffnet.

Cons:

Badezimmer im Comfortzimmer sehr klein. Duschekabine veraltet. Teppichboden sauber aber vorallem im Flur viele Flecken.
An der Bar nur eine Servicekraft abends, nach einem großen Konzert ist der Andrang an der Bar sehr groß, eigentlich müsste das Management dies mit zeitweiliger Aufstockung des Personals berücksichtigen. Der Mann hinter der Bar tat mir leid, er ist aber sehr ruhig und professionell gewesen.

Für unseren Anlaß (BAP-Konzert im RheinEnergieStadion) mit einer Übernachtung absolut ausreichend.
Pros:

Zimmer kleiner als im Internet angepriesen. Frühstück für den Preis angemessen. Tolle Lage des Restaurantbereichs mit Blick auf den Weiher. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden.

Cons:

Betten ziemlich schmal, gesamtes Zimmer ist doch etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf sicherlich mal wieder einer kleineren "Renovierung". Personal an der Rezeption sollte detailliertere Informationen zum ÖPNV und insbesondere zur Anreise zum Stadion haben und auch kommunizieren können. Parkgebühr pro Nacht: 16,00 EUR ist m.E. ziemlich happig.
