Insgesamt haben wir uns wohl gefühlt und wir würden jederzeit das Hotel wieder buchen.
Pros:

Die Lage am Stadtwald hat uns sehr gefallen, man konnte ohne Anfahrt im Grünen spazieren gehen.
Das Personal war sehr nett und hat sich direkt um Probleme gekümmert.
Schönes Frühstück mit sehr netten Personal.
Die Lage war gut, man konnte fussläufig in die Stadt, Restaurants waren in der Nähe.

Cons:

Der Lift war so schmal, dass mein Rollstuhl nicht reingepasst hat! Gott sei Dank, hatte ich einen klappbaren Stuhl!!
Im Bad gab es Griffe an der Toilette und Dusche, wenn auch der „Umbau“ sehr stümperhaft war.

Ein Aufenthalt zur Erholung
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt am Kölner Stadtpark direkt am See mit Fontäne; beim excellenten Frühstück schaut man in dieses Landschaft; mit dem Auto oder dem Bus ist man in 15 Minuten im Zentrum und zur Bushaltestelle geht man 10 Minuten. Wir kennen das Hotel seit 1965 ( damals Esso-Hotel ) und sind dort gerne wenn wir meine Studentenverbindung besuchen

Bei den Preisen mehr Sauberkeit erwartet.
Pros:

Die Lage am Stadtpark ist wirklich schön. Allerdings schnattern und quaken die Enten bis spät und dann wieder in der Früh.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer in der 6. Etage und leider nicht sauber. Die Glasplatte vom Schreibtisch hatte braune Flecken als wäre Kaffee ausgelaufen und darunter nie gewischt worden.
Es war staubig im Schrank, das Flusen aufgewirbelt wurden beim Öffnen.
Und im Bad war der Waschtisch in den Ecken nicht gewischt, aber frische Gläser aufgebaut. Habe dies per WhatsApp dem Hotelteam angemerkt, in der Hoffnung, dass darauf besser geachtet wird zukünftig.
Man schickte mir Housekeeping um 20 Uhr noch hoch - recht unnötig um diese Uhrzeit.

Wir waren rundherum zufrieden !!
Pros:

Alles, das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich vom Empfang bis zum Service beim Frühstück. Wir hatten ein kostenloses Upgrade für das Zimmer. Das Frühstück mit Blick auf den See war klasse.

Cons:

Eine weitere aufhängemöglichkeit im Bad zB an der Tür wäre schön, aber das ist wirklich eine Kleinigkeit

Понравился парк вокруг, завтрак в отеле, удобная кровать

Cons:

Не сработал талон на выезд, менеджер на рецепции при чек ауте тормозил с оплатой, хотел еще денег снять с карты, хотя я оплатила бронирование заранее
