Cons:

Well I booked the room for the weekend 6 months in advance. Once I arrived I was then told they canceled my reservation. Not once did they call and they also never emailed me from the company. Come to find out they had a worker email me personally and it was in my spam. So I arrived ready to check in after a long drive, just to be told sorry there’s no rooms left. To which I had to spend the next 2 hours trying to find a hotel that wasn’t booked and ended up having to travel over an hour away just to get a hotel. Also during this time on the booking app I got confirmation and a pin verifying that my rooms were booked and still in place, but that was a joke I guess because it was very much so not still in place.

No housekeeping done in 3 days and shower didn’t stay at its place, it kept moving. It wasn’t resolved even after notifying.

Note: The staff was surprised by an earthworm I spotted in the hallway as I was leaving. I pointed it out to desk staff lady and cleaning staff. We were all curious and amused. It was being returned to its native environment as I was departing. Its source of entry likely hitching with a patron.

Pros:

I was here for the Louder Than Life Festival all weekend, I had no issues with checking in, checking out. The front host saw I was struggling trying to carry something in and help me all the way to my room. 10/10 experience

Amazing staff! Accommodated me with late checkin and even offered for a late checkout since we arrived so late! Place was very clean, smelt good and was quiet! I would recommend!
