Cons:

The person that was over top of me I assume on floor four all they was doing all night long, but just stomping, stomping stomping, and I could not sleep. I didn’t complain because I know they didn’t have any rooms left because they had a tournament going on, but other than that, if the person upstairs wasn’t stomping, stomping, stomping all night long my mistake could have been excellent, but other than that, I could give my stay good right now

Good location and overall pleasant stay.
Pros:

Good location and the staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast was very generic with the powdered eggs, ugly sausages, etc. Usual hotel breakfast fair.

Your front desk staff was awesome!! We were met with big smiles and hellos. They were so helpful. The rooms were nice, clean and quiet. The beds were so comfortable!

I stayed at Hampton
Hyatt for 2nites June 27&28 2026.The room was beautiful and clean The food was good at breakful time and when we went around 5pm. The staff very friendly and
willing to help when needed. The food service people looked clean and professional The was clean and I slept real good Will be returning as I have been there several times in past years
Looking forward to
return in Nov if there will be a Jazz event like last year. Will check out what will be at the coliseum the rest of the year and in 2027.The Hyatt in Hampton is really my
home away from home. I give the hotel
a 5 star rating.

Hyatt saved us from a bad hotel experience
Pros:

The Hyatt staff specifically Tira, saved meafter I checked out unexpectedly from a very bad hotel experience. I was able to secure the last room and Tira went out of her way to make sure we ha a great stay during the Hampton Jazz Festival. The room was clean, the pull out couch was a nice addition and the include breakfast was delicious.
