Decent. Small improvements needed
Pros:

I did enjoy the breakfast. I do think daily they should offer a non pork option. I enjoy pork but for medical reasons my husband can not.

Cons:

My card charges were confused and the refund process is longer than it should be. I complained about the slow drainage in the sink from Sunday to my Thursday check out and it was not addressed. Check the sink in room 344.

Great place to stay-meticulousl, great service and good breakfast
Pros:

The hotel was clean and meticulous. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. The free breakfast was very good; much better than the average free breakfast. The hotel is nicely designed and offers seating areas to socialize or work. There were really nicely appointed small sitting areas in the lobby. There was also a small bar in the lobby. There was a restaurant but I didn’t visit.

Pros:

The rooms were nice, clean, the view from the hotel left a lot to be desired but that is to be expected in that area. The breakfast was good nothing spectacular. The bonus was it at a restaurant and a bar. Not that I got to use either one but it was a selling point. The shower was really nice!

Cons:

The hotel was noisy. I did feel it was a little over priced. I'm a travel agent so I stay at and hear about a lot of hotels and for the price you would expect something a little nicer. We stayed at another hotel the night before for 50.00 less and the bed was way more comfortable and the pillows were nicer.
