Horroble for a family trip

Literally nothing

Cons:

It’s old and aimed at businesses. They call themselves La Jolla but they are far away from any fun that La Jolla has. Misleading name!

Worst hotel experience I ever had
Pros:

I was not informed about the parking fee during my stay and only discovered the charge when I received my final receipt. When I called the front desk to ask about it, the receptionist was rude and hung up on me. I attempted to call back multiple times, but no one answered.

I am very disappointed with the lack of transparency regarding additional charges and the poor customer service I received. This was an extremely frustrating experience, and unfortunately, I will not be returning. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had.

Pros:

Der Swimmingpool ist sehr groß und durch die zwei abgegrenzten Bahnen optimal zum Schwimmen geeignet. Scheint eine 25 Meter Bahn zu sein.
Lädt aber auch zum Spaß haben ein. Man stört die anderen nicht. Toll ist es auch frische Handtücher direkt am Pool aus einem Automaten zu bekommen.

Wonderful for a large group of young kids participating in a soccer tournament nearby. Pool was wonderful till someone pooped in it, then closed for Saturday & Sunday of Mem Day weekend….

Cons:

Loved everything! Closure of pool was to protect guests

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Location is good. Clean and comfortable beds. Staff were very helpful and nice. Parking garage had some issues getting in and out and their parking spaces were a little tight.

Great hotel! Can't got wrong.
Pros:

Excellent location and within walking distance of several restaurants, businesses and shopping. Also, 10 mins away from the famous Fashion Valley mall. 20 mins from popular Gaslamp district and Petco stadium. MTS station 5 mins away. Very clean hotel with dining options (including late night bar), pool, hot tub and excellent fitness center. Good for business and personal travel.

Perfect girls trip stay!
Pros:

we had a wonderful day at the Hyatt Regency La Jolla at Aventine. The hotel is beautiful, the staff was incredibly accommodating, and the breakfast was . Our room was very clean, and the amenities made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely return.

good business hotel ...but water pressure in shower is weak.
Pros:

Location is ok. Near a mall and 15min drive to the beach area.
Parking is safe and big and has lots of EV chargers.
Everything is fine as a business hotel...My room actually had a peleton in it.
Room is spacious for a business hotel.
Only negative i have is the shower water pressure....it was very weak, and i complained about it, but they maintenance person said this is normal. It was so weak, i had to move very close to the wall because the trajectory of the shower head was almost vertically down and they most likely had an adapter that reduces the amount of water that comes out.
They also had a rain shower head, so that was fine since that was over your head, but i like using the angled shower head when i dont want to wet my hair. other than this....hotel service was great and everything was fine.
the pool is big and nice too.
