The hotel is in a good spot as far as being close to food places and shopping. It was ok. The pool was not open and it doesn't have a spa.

Pros:

The cleanliness was fair, breakfast was ok, but when I booked on line through Choice we were quoted a price, but when we got there we were not given that price supposedly because the booking date was wrong and she had to charge the full price, but we would get our points!

Pros:

The experience was terrible, because when I arrived at the Quality Inn I was told they didn't have any reservation listed for me in their database. To make things worse they had no vacancies left, and I had to go find another hotel to stay at. I want to full refund for the price of the room. I have already submitted a dispute with my US Bank VISA credit card service about this expense.

Pros:

The room was clean. The bathroom definitely needs renovations. The mirror is in a wooden frame that is coming apart. The tub has a permanent gray scum looking area in the middle of it. Wall paper needs to be replaced. Parts of the actual walls in the room and bathroom need to be redone due to leaks.

My stay was very pleasant. Staff were friendly and helpful . room was cleaned every day and all requests were answered quickly and courteously. Will definitely stay again when in the Decatur area.

Poor quality in Forsyth
Pros:

We opened the refridgerator and a huge roach crawled out, we eventually killed it. A smaller one was seen in the bathroom. The advertised breafast was less than adequate. It appeared to be less thsn 5 guest so it seems that a decision was made to not prepare very much. A small amount of sausage gravy was seen drying out in the bottom of the pan both days of our stay. There was no orange juice in the machine but a member of thestaff brought out a bottle for guest to serve ourselves which was unsanitary.

After reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try and thought maybe I would get lucky. NOT! Roaches in the room and bathroom. I mentioned it to front desk and he was careless. They just don’t care. The coffee maker had a thick crust of dust like it hasn’t been cleaned or used in months or a year. I didn’t dare to eat there, but I did walk by the kitchen area and the only thing working was the waffle maker. Overall gross!

When we checked in there was nobody at the desk. The check in was not friendly, no communication.a friendly greeting would’ve made most things better. We had to ask for towels there was none in the room.
